I went to get my nails done.. they were chipped literally the next morning.. got it redone for nothing because 3 days later the paint were peeling off the whole nail. I asked for a simple french manicure!! I requested for her to add a layer of funny bunny for me on top of the bubble bath because the bubble bath was too pink and she proceeded to give attitude and say "It will be too thick" I said this is something I've done before multiple times and that's how I like it!! It looked like the bottle of funny bunny was almost empty which caused the layer to come out completely uneven and she said it's because my nail bed is uneven!!! I love this nail salon! The prices are really good, and everyone is so friendly. They always listen to what I want and make sure I'm happy with the result. If I ever have any concerns, they're quick to fix it and make sure I leave satisfied. I come every 2 to 3 weeks without fail because I trust them to do a great job. Went in for gel nail polish 3 days later all peeling came back and the older lady refused to fix or redo my nails wanted me to pay full amount it has been 5 days she its because I was working but yet I'm on vacation . They lasted 3 days she must have used regular polish and placed gel top coat usually last for a month. Last lady fixed for free when she only placed one coat I usually get 2 or 3 coats and 2 top coats I should have complained while she was polishing them i knew they wouldn't have lasted so basically I paid 23$ for 3 day polish. Never had a problem there but she is rude and horrible. And she didn't paint them up to the cuticle I believe they do this so you can come after 2 weeks. read more

A friend suggested this place for eyebrows and I decided to get a pedicure here too. The young guy who did my pedicure was not friendly and a bit aggressive throughout the whole thing. He seemed to already be annoyed before I even sat down in the chair. Lol I don't have a specific nail tech that I go to yet but I do plan to find a nice friendly one who also does a great job so I don't have to PAY people like him. Horrible, when I walked in right away I was given a stank attitude by a lady. Every time I asked for help I was given an attitude and den talked about while laughing. The man who did my nails saw that I have a cut on the side of my finger and we made a few jokes about it. I'm thinking since he sees I have the cut he would be gentle, I was wrong he proceeds to keep grabbing it. My blood was literally on his finger and he still kept touching it, I find that very weird. I feel as though if he didn't know how to do the set I asked for why would he start doing it. After I got my set down I told him I didn't like my nails he gives me a stank attitude and says "that's fine". BUT the staff was SUPER unprofessional saying they didn't like the shape of my nails, and I didn't need my eyebrows waxed and I quote "you do r have any" The woman doing my friends nails broke up with her boyfriend on the phone WHILE doing her nails! They are rough and have no remorse if they hurt you. The quality of the work... well, look at the pics. Now the prices... Typically the pedicure is less than the acrylics (I should have checked but I didn't) so when I paid I wondered why it was so much... well guess what the full set AND the pedicure are both $20 each... you read that right... 20 for a pedicure and it wasn't even that special. Never again. I had several things go wrong. 1. PRICING: somehow my pedicure was $20 and my fiancées was $25. We did the same thing, except my nails were painted and his were not. We paid separately so we didn't realize there was a discrepancy until later. They do not have a price board for pedicures, so I believe they made up the price on the spot. 2. PEDICURE: OUCH! This woman made me bleed TWICE. First, she ripped out a hangnail on my toe. She could have just cut it. It's been a day and it still hurts. She also scrubbed my heels too hard and peeled off some of my skin as well. After both of these incidents, she just stuck my feet back in the water. I hope I don't get an infection. 3. MANICURE: The woman kept adjusting my hands so she could paint my nails properly. I've done my nails plenty of times, and they just tell me to relax my hand and they move around my fingers as needed. This woman didn't guide my fingers into the position she wanted, she kept requesting that I put my hand a certain way. It was not a relaxing experience. Will not return. EDIT: I forgot to mention how dirty it was! The chairs, the nail station, even the LED shellac lights were dusty and dirty. That place needs a GOOD wipe down. read more

I went twice and was disappointed. The first visit I got a mani/pedi. The guy who polished my toes left the paint really streaky. When he did my manicure he cut up the cuticles on my hands to the point to where my fingers were bleeding like crazy. Literally I had to wrap my fingers in paper towels to stop the bleeding. I've never had this happen before. I decided to try them again, assuming maybe it was just the guy I got stuck with... well, I was stuck with another upset. I got a gel overlay over my real nails; square round. To say the least I ended up walking out with my fingernails looking like I had glued chiclets on them. All of my nails were the same size and they are fat (wide). I asked for a nail design and there was left over polish on my nail bed and the design was sloppily done. Very disappointed. My daughter also got her nails done, she wanted ombre' nails... the guy tells me they can't do the design because they don't have an airbrush machine. If anyone knows a little about the ombre' effect on nails we know that you don't use airbrush. Unfortunately, she was stuck with the typical, ugly, old school flower dot design that they always do on little girls. They didn't even know what Matte Nail Polish Was!!!!!! This is 2013 Beautiful Nails!!! You guys need to take some more classes and update your skills because you are lacking and are behind the times . Not a very welcoming salon, they ask you what you need in a rude manner which right off the bat says a lot. A lady in the middle towards the back took me in and I asked if she could fix my broken nail and I told her to apply acrylic so it won't break again and she simply ignored me and added glue. Of course as soon as I left, my nail broke.. and two other nails as well. The nail shapes were all uneven and they were not painted all the way. The last time I came, my tech was Jaime. She was so, so but not fantastic. The nail length was not even and neither was the shape. I got squared shape. She was friendly though. The prices are too high for the establishment. They do not have a full price list posted, only a small list which doesnt matter bc in the end the price is always higher. $15 extra for gel polish, single color, nothing special is ridiculous. Want to charge high end salon prices? Provide a high end location with a high end look and professional employees! I went in for eyebrows and Melissa did my eyebrows as well as,two of my friends and she is a eyebrow genius! she doesnt speak much but dont be offended because she is super concentrated on you eyebrows..she knows what shes doing. P.S after my eyebrows were done, an older asian woman came into the wax room,picked up on of the tweezers and started plucking her armpit hair in the room where we were getting our eyebrows done!
