This is one of the very few nail salons open on Sunday, maybe because it's Memorial Day weekend? The woman would not honor my Yelp 10% off, rudely dismissing me and telling me "that's old!" Without even looking at me. Their shelf of polish is very limited and disorganized. Any nail salon I have ever been to in any state has always separated their shelves by regular and shellac. I went over to their one and only shelf where they had actual polish (everything else was filled with weird packaged stuff) and looked through their very limited collection of colors. I couldn't find any light purple, so I picked a sparkly, nice looking pink. After sitting down I noticed that it said gel on the polish, so I inquired and indeed it was for shellac, not regular. So many other polishes on that tiny shelf also said gel, so it's basically a very limited and disorganized mess. I did appreciate that one of the employees found a similar looking color for me. The place was virtually empty, again surprising given that it's Memorial weekend Sunday and every other nail salon in the area is closed. The man who did my nails was kind and caring about his work. The place also looked clean. Due to this mixed experience, I'm giving this 3 stars. read more

I usually only let one person do my nails, and that is Henry. I went in to get a gel full set and paid $65. (Ridiculous) The price magically went up I'm assuming. Originally a gel full set ranges between $45 and $55. I was put in an uncomfortable position while getting my nails done you're supposed to go to the salon sit down get your pedicure and not be disturbed. While I was receiving my pedicure, which by the way was pretty decent, I had to adjust my body adjust my arms, not receive the full experience of my pedicure due to them, trying to rush and do my nails. The whole experience was uneasy and then they have the nerve to overcharge me for my nails that look horrible saying that they went up $10-$15 because of the shape of the nail and the length. This made no sense to me! I always get the same shape and length and I do not pay more than $55. Very disappointed more so upset because I paid $65 for a terrible experience and my nails look like trash plus I still have a good heart and gave them a tip. read more

Of all the days to get a completely botched nail treatment, this was NOT the day. With interviews for a job that focuses on my hands, I had the bad luck to choose this establishment. First, she physically hurt me, but more importantly, the look is terrible. I can take Tylenol for pain, but nothing fixes this mess. I can already tell my nails are going to lift, I had to fix the shape myself, and when she decided to use the super-rough grinder attachment *AFTER* the smoothing one, then just swipe at them with a buffer, I had to point out that there were massive, ugly grooves in my nails. Then, of course, I got a streaky, unattractive polish job (which I now have to pay a different salon to fix) and globs of bubbly top coat. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came in with a full acrylic set and wanted dip powder on my natural nails, so the lady had to remove the acrylics. During the process, the nail drill cut my thumb cuticle and since the cut was so deep, the first thing she decides to do is add 4 drops of NAIL GLUE on top of the blood that was coming out. At this point I'm already worried but I was already here and was gonna get a pedicure during the removal process so I waited to see what was gonna me done. This was the longest time it's taken to remove my nails and my thumb just kept bleeding for almost an hour. I asked to speak to Tina (the owner) and she was hesitant to come over to talk to me. once she did, she thought that by patting my back and saying she's 'so sorry' everything was gonna be okay. The audacity was real. As I was getting the dip powder, I notice that the lady doing for it me has no idea how to use a nail drill because she left tiny cuts on my cuticles and she didn't fully remove the acrylic from one nail. Now the worst part is when I go to pay and Tina says I can 'just pay for the dip manicure and pedicure...so $75' okay I would've payed the manicure if it was done correctly and as a business owner you want your customer to be happy, so the least she should've done was discounted the manicure. In the end she did, because I called her out on the poorly done manicure and showed the horrible cut that was left on my thumb in front of the customer she was working on, I'm sure she didn't want anyone else to see. Don't waste your time coming here for poorly done work. read more

I love this place!!! I have been seeing Tina, the owner, for over 10 years. Tina is so talented and always leaves my nails looking better than expected. She also does eyelashes extensions, threading and waxing. When I go I usually get everything done at once which is super convenient. Hannah is also great, she is super sweet and takes care of me if Tina is not around. All the workers are super friendly and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I could not be happier with my gel manicure!! The gentleman that took care of me,( I didn't catch his name) was very nice and gentle. My nail beds usually hurt after I get a new set but no pain at all with him! Everyone was very inviting and made me feel welcome. I've come here twice and I will NOT be back. I came the first time and explained exactly what I wanted and was given a price. Then at the time of checkout, I was given a price $20 higher for my final bill. When I questioned it, the nail tech asked the manager who told me "Sorry. We do this for all customer. This is the price. If you don't like, you don't come back." She refused to address the fact that I was told a different price and kept skipping around my questions for a breakdown of the price and why it changed mid service without any changes to what I was getting done. Needless to say I left pretty pissed off. I decided to try again since I wasn't disappointed with the work.. BUT I got the same bs with changing prices in the middle of the service. The manager is EXTREMELY rude and does not care about the customer. Just about stealing your money. I also witnessed them use a pedicure chair and tools, then rinsed everything down with water, no soap and nothing to brush/scrub clean with.. and used it on the VERY NEXT customer. Pretty unsanitary if you ask me.. ESP during these heightened COVID times. There are many other nicer nail salons in the area with much better customer service and sanitation practices. I appreciate the new blood, as I stopped going due to the rude behavior I had experienced at my last visit. The new owner must have owned a nail shop previously, as it seemed that they just brought over all of their old chairs and foot spa massage. The foot spa was really loud and uncomfortable. I have been going to beautiful nails for a few years now, but since the new management has taken over, I must say the service has improved exponentially. The shop is very clean and the ladies are in tune with a variety on nail techniques. My entire family now goes to this shop and we are all pleased at every visit. I especially like "T" and my mom would only let Ven do her pedicures! Thanks to the new management for taking the extra effort to improve the experience. I got a gel manicure ($30) done by Kelly a few days ago. That's the best price I've seen around this area. Kelly did an awesome job and really took her time. She also was very friendly and didn't speak a different language or make me feel rushed during my visit. She helped me pick a nice neutral color since I am in the military and can't have bright colors. I retuned today for a pedicure and she was pleased to see me again. She greeted me with a smile and remembered me from my last visit. She promptly got her tools ready and offered me an open seat. She's very friendly and I will be returning. I will always ask for her based on the other reviews. I'm happy I found a dependable nail tech that does a beautiful job. The only downside is that you can't tip on a card here. At least they prefer you not to. Kelly let me on the first visit. So bring cash for the tip. They do accept cards as payment, though. read more

After trying cut-right salons, (where I got a bad fungus infection), and after the Red Door prices, I found this salon again. Yes the massage chairs for pedicures are great, but I was taken by the clean and sanitary of the environment. I believe that this a sign that they have the upmost of the client health! In addition, they have 'nail stylists'. I define a stylist as a professional who consistently give you wonderful 'looks' even If you wouldn't believe that 'looks' would fit you. You feel confident of their input, moreover you feel you can put your nails (etc.) knowing that you will look "marvelous darling"! My favorite stylist in this shop is Flaco. I am very disappointed at this spa! I've been here for the 3rd time and will not return again. The spa is getting more ratchet and the nail tech (owner's sister) has a rude manner. Pedicure was very dissatisfying and one of the worse I've experienced there. It only took 25 mins with a quick 30 sec massage rub. The towel they use for the pedicure and hot towel are filthy and old! The paint job this time was horrible and once she was done, I asked if I can sit at the pedicure chair longer to dry there and she keeps telling me "no your feet won't dry here" and I understood that but she continues to push me to get off and go to the drying station. The place is clean enough, but my mani/pedi was sub-par for $37 (normally 32 but I got the rough heel treatment). The first thing we noticed was how clean and well taken care of the facility and tools are, including plastic nets in the foot bath. Tanya worked on my horrible, dry feet and did a great job. When i went in with an appointment they took 20 min after my appointment, my cousin went in and they didn't do her bailas because tania or tina kept taking other customers before her and told her to wait 30 min one hour later 3 customers walk-in for eyebrows she does there's and says that they came from a far place with was a lie before in there conversation you can hear they said they live 10 min away. This lady does my coffin nails which weren't coffin on the phone i asked how much it was to get them she said 35 after it she says it was going to be 40 and i tell her she said 35 and she says okay. The nails weren't coffin they were all different shapes, some were very thick and others very thing uneven and she didn't even clean up the under nail. Some were even bent and then the size DID NOT match up. Seriously don't recommend this place the only good thing was it was clean and they gave free soda still not worth it. read more
