Why am I not surprised with Lisa's response? I did not mention the "outcome" of my treatment at all. My review was not about my finances or procedures, it was about the lousy customer service I received from both you and Debe. She ignored my direct questions and made me feel rushed and you behaved as if you didn't want to be there! You did not have any compassion or empathy dealing with a person who felt anxious and that is why I felt very uncomfortable. You are confusing my politeness at the end of the treatment with appearing happy. I also don't appreciate your insulting comment, "She needed more work than she could afford." Really? Wow. Sorry but I'm really disappointed. First time ever to call a place to find out about about getting Botox and/or fillers. I felt the girl on the phone sounded really impatient with me, especially when I queried being charged $95 just to sit down with someone for 30 minutes and find out what I need doing as it is my first time to do this. Why make that charge when other clinics will give you a free consultation to help you figure out what you need, or at least offset any charge against any product or service you buy? I asked how it works with the "units"(?) and how many is needed. A polite response (in my opinion) would have been an explanation of how it works and on average how many units are used on eyes, forehead, etc. Instead I was abruptly told "well that's why you need the consult." I was asked why I want botox and I said because my best friend has had it and looks great. She then said "why don't you go where your friend goes?!" Seriously??!! (The answer to that by the way is she lives overseas). I've been left feeling hurried, and not really taken seriously. I am prepared to start dropping a lot of money on Botox and fillers and whatever else I may need going forwards. Doesn't look like it's going to be here though. Disappointed after such great reviews. Oh well :( UPDATE: Thank you for your response Lisa H. I didn't actually say that I "seriously want to have a lot of work done". I merely enquired about botox, possibly fillers, but was unsure as it was my first time what my needs actually would be (maybe that IS a lot of work?! I honestly don't know!). I understand what you are saying, that a consult is very important, I totally agree, and I have indeed made an appointment to discuss all my needs and concerns with a medical professional at no charge. Lisa is the only person I will let do Botox on me. I am a physician, and I have friends who will do it for less. I drive 45 minutes each way to see her. Yep, an hour and a half in the car on my only day off because she's the only one I trust. I've seen dermatologists and ophthalmologists, and they have all overdone it, giving me a frozen forehead. She's very careful not to do too much, and always lets me know I can come back if I need more - you can always do more but you can't do less. My sister also drives all the way from Los Angeles to see her. She once asked her about fillers, and Lisa told her that it probably wouldn't be worth her money, since where she wanted filled was so minimal. She truly has your best interests at heart. If she moves to LA, I'd probably follow her up there too. read more

Lisa did a great job on my VI peel, and although it was kind of expensive ($229), it was definitely the best price I found, compared to all the other spas I had researched in OC & LA. It was my first time having a VI peel and she walked me through each step and made sure I felt comfortable. She even called me a few days after the procedure to see how my face was doing. I decided to go to Lisa at beautiful reflections after carefully reviewing all of the feedback left on their Yelp page. I had been wanting to get juvederm in my lips for ages, but was apprehensive due to pain and the fact that I've never had any cosmetic enhancements. She completed the procedure in about 20 minutes (which was also practically painless- just minor feelings of discomfort which is to be expected) and my lips looked amazingggg afterwards.
