First and worst experience…read more March 31, 2026 I had my first ever Botox appointment. It was scheduled with Brooke. I have never had any sort of injectables before. Brooke chatted with me briefly. I asked her if I could get my eyebrows done after my appointment, she said yes. I told her I had an orthodontist appointment after and she said that was fine. After she quickly did the injections she told me she would contact me 2 weeks after to talk about my results ... Well I had immediate swelling on my injection site from getting my eyebrows done. But Brooke told me it was fine. I then had my orthodontist appointment, which again, Brooke told me it was fine... I was laying horizontal for 2 hours. 2 week later no call from her. About 3 weeks later I finally call and ask to speak with Brooke, she's on vacation... at this point I have family members telling me one of my eyebrows are higher than the other.. The following Monday I call again, I leave her a voicemail. Not only is one of my eyebrows raised but my 11s Botox is non existent. I have left her voicemails. I have spoken to multiple staff members and now I am finally writing a negative review because no one will call me back. This is just crazy, I do not recommend this place.

They actually called today wanting more money for treatment performed last week. Very unprofessional, they fully admit they messed up but want more money to finish treatments. I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection services and/or the attorney general after I do some more research. Up to this point the staff was very nice and generous. They are having the front desk call us to do the dirty work and you can hear in their voice that they know this isn't ethically right or very good customer service. I visited Contour Collection this week for an Aquagold Facial. The Aquagold Fine Touch is a micro-infusion facial device that uses twenty microneedles made of 24-karat gold to deliver a blend of skin-hero ingredients for the face. Katie Averson NP-C, Clinical Director & Co-Founder of Contour Collection used a blend of neurotoxin, hyaluronic acid, & pure, injectable-grade Vitamin C in my Aquagold Facial. The Aquagold Facial is prime pampering to get before any big event - in this case (for myself), New Year's Eve. The Aquagold facial diminishes fine lines & wrinkles, smooths crow's feet, refines pores, corrects pigmentation, acne scarring, dryness, tone, texture, boosts hydration and luminosity for a glow that lasts up to 4 weeks. Katie began my treatment by applying a topical numbing to my face which was left to rest for 15 minutes. The topical numbing was to keep me comfortable during the facial. After 15 minutes, Katie removed the remaining topical and got my Aquagold facial underway. Katie took the Aquagold device and applied it to my skin in a gentle stamping motion. That stamping motion delivered the tailored ingredients into my face through the 24-karat gold microneedles. The device created 1000's of micro-infusion sites with each stamp.
