So I got the 60 minute treatment for myself and 2 others they both have fine hair up to their waist. At the end of the service when we went to get our hair blow dry, one of the girls messed up somehow when blowing and combing and cause a large knot to form at the end of my friend hair. They spent 30 minutes trying to comb out the knot. The knot couldn't be combed out and they were going to cut it. The girl was sorry and we know it's an accident but something like that could have been prevented. Maybe comb the hair from the bottom first before blow drying it. It was disappointing that they didn't offer any type of compensation or at least not charge for the service. read more

I booked 135 minutes of service, and it was definitely worth it. The price is extremely reasonable, and they work continuously for the entire 135 minutes, covering both head, back, and toe. I am so glad that the Bay Area finally offers this kind of service, which includes a hair wash and body massage. Initially the service was good with lash curl & dye with lash serum etc.. The last treatment was taking a while, I trusted they knew what they were doing. well... treatment was left on too long and one side was permanently curled so.. one eye up curled one, not but sadly both damaged, and lashes all broke off. I asked if they could do anything to avoid loosing lashed I was told they were fine and they asked if I want them done again. Did I want to buy conditioner? "Seriously" I told them I have conditioner I use daily & vitamins. they needed conditioning treatment. they did nothing and then on both eyes lashes broke off. The receptionist was awesome and even advised me to go for the 60-minute package instead of 90 since I'm in my last month of pregnancy--definitely more focused on my comfort than just making a sale. Big thanks to Ms. Diệu for making my experience so nice! My scalp felt really clean, and I left feeling super relaxed. They didn't have the fancy scalp imaging gear like some other places I've tried, but honestly, I was still really happy. The place looks lovely and is super clean. I booked a 90 minute section head massage package. Which comes with a massage (neck, arms, & back), facial, and hair wash. It felt amazing it was very relaxing and my hair feels amazing. After everything was done I was escorted to a room where they blow dry my hair and also soak my feet to keep me warm. Came to this place once few months back,got a 90 minutes hair wash was very nice and relax, came back earlier today got the same service 90 minutes hair wash service hope it would help released my stress, walked out a bit disappointed.I paid for the 90 minutes service more like an hour service I did look at my phone when I entered the room, it was 1 in the afternoon,got out at 2:03 and the girl working on me also a bit rough not relaxing at all plus I think she could use more training on the techniques. read more
