After researching micro blading and businesses for 3 years, I finally found Jenny. I reached out to one of her former brows clients and asked her if she was happy after a year and she definitely was. It was really easy to make the appointment as Jenny is really responsive to texting. Procedure: - Jenny will consult and draw a shape into your brows based on her expertise and recommendation. - Numbing cream is applied on brows for a few minutes. - Jenny will use microblading or shading tools based on her recommendation. - There isn't much pain but you may feel a little more towards the end of the session when the numbing cream starts wearing off. The pain just feels like scratching and rubbing with the tools ends with a little pain like if you scratch at a sunburn in one spot over and over is best way I can describe it. - Jenny then applies the dye to the brows and cleans them off and you're all done! - Touch up appointment is important for 6 weeks later so Jenny can fix any fading or areas to be added, then annual touch up afterwards. - Following the instructions on taking care of your brow area for 10 days is important. After years of dealing with sparse brows that look barely there when I don't have makeup on them and also a lopsided issue where I would always be trying to "balance" them out when shading them in, I am VERY HAPPY that I can wake up with great looking brows! It's shaved off time for when I wear makeup and makes life easier. I also had my 77 year old mom come get her brows done! My mom had old badly faded orangey brows from a procedure she got done many years ago at a bad salon. I got ripped off and and am disappointed in her website, it is a lie. I went to Jenny for my brows and had Combo Brows done, (micro shading and micro blading) at the cost of $450 dollars. I have no complaint about the price, what I am complaining about is that I was charged an extra $100 dollars for her to complete the job she started. This will be my third time having my brows done and each time there was a second visit to complete the cosmetic job at the same price. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and have them look into this practice. Jenny's work is great but, ripping people off is not acceptable, SHAME ON YOU! If your site says $450 that is what I should be paying. PERIOD. I took photos of the costs of the Combo Brows and it states 2 visits are needed to complete the process!
