After a rather unpleasant experience at a reflexology practice in the Costco shopping district on Harvard Way, I opted to find an alternative massage therapist. I'm glad I was motivated to find someone new. She addressed the pain I was feeling in my right elbow with 10 minutes of deep tissue therapy by focusing on my upper right arm. The fascia build up in other parts of my body were also alleviated with her firm and targeted pressure. Brenda pointed out problem areas that I should work on, and recommended use of a foam roller to avoid fascia build up in other areas. I felt like I was walking on water upon completion of my 90 minute session. The location of her office was super convenient, and there is plenty of free parking available.
