Somehow I got the wrong item when I was here yesterday. So when I went back today I told them I didn't know what I did wrong. They said it could have been their mistake and they gave me what I ordered and didn't charge me for it. I've only gone in twice. I have trouble sleeping and it's a beautiful clean, wonderful store with a kiosk and very helpful staff. It showed me exactly what I needed to get a proper nice sleep. My son has also come with me as we both have trouble sleeping. I used to work in this industry and they were one of the biggest buyers at our show in Las Vegas... Plus, it's four minutes from my home... Never a line except on Fridays when people get off early! They have delivery service and a points program as well. This is the absolute best club in town. Hands down. I'm from California and it's hard to adjust to prices but this club has decent prices. We tried 3 clubs and this one also has hella good customer service. Here are a few of my favorite bud tenders: Allison she's a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Jess is hella cool to. I was short some change and she adjusted it for me. Ok so here's another few I absolutely adore as well. Celeste is a sweetheart. She is very caring and relatable. Love her. Also Imarion (sorry if I misspelled it). But he's outstanding and hooks up the deals and steals. All about that saving so thank you so much, mucho appreciated. I've never been Able to handle any form of thc without severe anxiety and highly negative reaction. However, being at my limit with pain and looking for something to help I went into rise to see my options. Greeted by kade I explained my hesitance to the entire experience of thc but I was guided to a product called "wynk" that only had 2.5mg thc and 2.5mg cbd- this has changed my life. I'm able to sleep with just one can of this seltzer without having to take my normal opiates to get relief and rest. I'm on my forth night of sleep without my pain medication. Truly horrible. There are more kiosks than workers. The Customer is asked to order online at a kiosk INSIDE the store. There is a cashier . You don't order from the cashier. This is absurd. It is also lost jobs. Every automated teller or touch screen we use has taken the place of real people who need work. This is immoral and harmful to our community. So the last time I went there I thought I would get myself something along with 5 bags of gummies I asked Nick what pre-rolled he could recommend I wanted one that was really good so he recommended one price $14.00 which Iam willing to pay if it is good well it did nothing to me or my friend in anyway such a disappointment. I love this shop. I stopped going anywhere else and now just get what I want from rise. They let you connect ur bank account so I don't have to make an extra stop at an ATM to buy what I want. I also bought a cartridge that was too big for every battery I have so I called to see if an exchange was possible. When I pointed it out to them, they told me that previously the item was discounted because it was close to expiration, but that was not true.. I live in Carson and go to Rise but go to Reno often and swing by this Rise and it's a great experience every time. They have great weed, lots of deals, and a whole bunch of other cool wraps and glass like I always wanna buy more when I'm in there cause there's always such cool stuff you don't really see at other places. This place has great prices amazing deals and high-quality marijuana but at the same time it's also like walking into a car dealership and everyone runs up to you trying to get that sell. When you use marijuana medicinally you go in there knowing exactly what you want and what you need and when they try to get a commission to deter you from getting what you need medicinally it puts a very bad taste in your mouth about going in to this establishment. A huge recommendation is to have the employees waiting patiently for someone to ask them for help instead of bombarding everyone that walks through that door. We come in there on a regular basis it is our home dispensary and we are highly contemplating going to a different dispensary due to the card salesman mentality in this establishment. Especially because every time we walk in we feel we have to be very stern to get the employee to understand that we are here medicinally not recreationally. It's exhausting and unnecessary read more
