I usually enjoyed coming here but this will be my last visit, although accidents happen I was nicked twice and bled a lot on my toe once on the pedicure once during the refill. Yes they applied the antiseptic and it burned but I was not acknowledged at all not an apology or are you okay. I'm pretty nice about things I didn't make a big deal regardless but acknowledgment would've been nice just ignored. Also upon leaving and looking at them in the sun there's left over gel in spots from my last color and there's hairs in the gel that wasn't taken out that I can't get to cause it was painted over and hardened and lastly the pricing could have been on me I didn't check to see what recent rates are so I paid over $100 for a gel pedicure and gel filling not a manicure and I guess gel is an extra $15 on top of the filling that was $50??? I'm not sure recent pricing says $30 is more accurate so after the pain of the nicks and the imperfections I was upset to pay that much. I'll find another place thanks. read more

If I am honest I didn't take a better than i wish I could. We came as a group of 3. Yeah we waited but nothing out of the norm. The lady who did my nails (didn't get name sadly) did a good job on my nails. I did the gel dip and man they feel natural!! I showed her a pic for the inspiration I was looking for. We didn't find the color of the inspiration but we still got this beautiful color. I am very satisfied l!! We also did a little mini today photo shoot with the nails which sadly I don't have but it was fun!!! Also as a Californian gotta love the price of a nails and a pedicure l!!!!!! I've been a regular customer at Cherry Blossom Nails since 2015. It has always been my favorite nail salon- clean, well kept, friendly and staff that seem happy. Yesterday, my best friend and I had an appointment for pedicures after we dropped our little ones off for the first day of school. Thinking this would be a relaxing and well deserved treat after a long summer. We had 2 different technicians- so it wasn't a singular experience. The pedicure left MUCH to be desired. My feet are in worse shape than when I arrived. I should have saved myself $60 and done them myself. My heels and toes are rough and cracked, my polish is uneven, and all over my skin and cuticles.... And the color looked purple/iridescent on the shelf but painted on blue... when I asked about it, the tech ignored me. The massage was "meh" (but I prefer a strong hand- so maybe that's me) and she only used some weird oil- which was slimy and difficult to wash off when I got home. I didn't want to cause a scene since I thought my friend was having a good time- but she had the same issues! She didn't say anything to me for the same reasons! I may have to look for another salon- this used to be a true spa.... Offering beverages on arrival, top notch technicians and an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. The person that did my pedicure (one of the few guys), didn't give enough time for my cuticles to soften and it was painful. I had to say something more than once. The person that went with me, love the technician and had a better experience. Massage chairs are old and settings not working properly - I was really looking forward that back massage and ended up in a broken chair - was a bit upset. The prices are higher than other salons - Deluxe which included the regular pedicure, paraffin but just to your heals ( I was like what about the rest of my feet!!!), 10 minutes leg massage and a 2 min back rub (would have preferred not - it was bad) was over $40. Stopped by on a whim. Had about an hour to spend. I was informed that their AC had just went out and it was hot in there. But customers seemed ok so I said it was fine. They put me in a massage chair and turned on the pedicure water. Waited about 20 min before being helped. The water was so hot I couldn't put my feet in. It might've been worse because it was so hot in the building! I started fanning myself with a piece of paper in my purse and a man came over and plugged in a large floor fan and had it oscillate between me and the gal next to me. That was so helpful!! When the lady came, she said put your feet it. I said no way, it's too hot. She cooled it a bit but it was still unbearable. Her English was so bad I could barely understand when she asked if I wanted mango or lavender. I went with the deluxe pedicure. She removed my old polish and scrubbed my feet and legs and performed a ten minute massage with a timer. Lol. Massage was just ok. She cut, filed and painted my toe nails with care. It looks nice. I was in a bit of a hurry since it was taking so long. I tried to pay and leave. But then she kidnapped me and made me dip my hands in paraffin! Apparently the deluxe pedi includes a free manicure on Monday and Tuesdays. Well, I didn't have time for one. So I refused. But then I got the wax on my hands and some jelly stuff on my feet. And she insisted on giving me a shoulder and back rub. Poor lady. I said no! But then lavender lotion was all over me and I had no hair tie or hands to be able to secure my long hair and it was so hot I was sweating! I felt sorry for her having to deal with all my hair and back sweat lol. I kept telling her I had to go! I was late for dinner by about 20-25 min. The price was ten dollars less than I expected it to be. Not sure why. Anyhow, nice people. Great service. Massage could be improved. Air conditioning was getting fixed while I was there so it should be good to go now. Would return if I was in the area. read more

Amy was amazing she helped me figure out the perfect color and then very careful took care of my thin toe nails and finger nails. She's super professional doesn't talk ur ear off but def asked me if im good and asked if i need water. She went all out on making sure my toes looked on point and matched my fingers. So what impressed me most is that I do my nails myself and I didn't tell her that, I just told her my nails are thin and I want them as long as possible. She took off the acrylic safely and didn't even break a nail. So amazing she never hurt me, (u know when filing thin nails it might burn.) $15 to take off acrylic tho so the business should probably express that somewhere on the menu thingy. Other than that. They were not busy for a Tuesday and believe it or not, they didn't have that strong smell like a nail place. I got a regular mani and pedi combo and they had a special during the week that included a 10 minute massage for $40, so being that it was my birthday, that is what I got. I was pleasantly surprised with my mani and pedi and they lady who painted my nails was efficient and took her time. I've been to the salon twice. Both times I had to wait for way too long to receive services. The first time I went, I waited for 15 minutes and then after that I ended up leaving. The second time, I tried to avoid the wait time by making an appointment. I still had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait? At arrival if you have a bag they give you a brown craft bag to place your handbag in so your handbag doesn't touch the floor which I thought was net. They quickly serviced me. I miss the original owners of this business . When you walk in the pedicure chairs have finish cracked off the arms . I entered when it opened and they were still mopping the floor. I went in for one kids manicure and a callus pedicure. Let's start with the kids manicure. She approached my daughter with no tools and within two minutes time she started to polish her nails . I said don't you push kids cuticles back ? Cut their nails maybe ? I said I wanted her cuticles pushed back so she took the polish off she already out on and started again . I can paint her nails at home for free thanks . My manicure ....she immediately started going after my callus with the cheese grader with no callus removal cream.my feet . My callus are the reason I get my pedicure so the fact that I had to ask was silly to me. Also I told her I wanted her to cut my nails short . She did ...so short it was painful when she filed my pinky nail. Her friends come over to watch her remove my calluses. I'm not sure why it was such a skeptical if they sell a callus pedicure? She also spent a lot of time talking to her neighbor at FULL volume .The exfoliation of my legs consisted of three strokes on each leg. They got two stars because was careful not to get the callus remover on me . Apparently it burns. Once I was done my left toe was crooked and uneven. I asked her why does it look like that and she said because she left a piece of the false toenail on there . Found this amazing nail salon by pure accident. I was actually looking for a different salon when my GPS brought me here. You walk into the cleanest nail salon imaginable. The floors are a pale, dull wood. The walls are painted hues of tans, mustards & browns. Everything is still very new. They recently opened just a few months ago. I also have to mention there is no chemical smells due to the natural products that are used. The nail color station is color coded, and every single bottle has the name of the color. They use OPI, Essie & Shellac products WOOHOO!!! The tech had the water prepared for the pedicure even before I was seated. The massage chairs are amazing. I pulled my back the other day- this chair was exactly what I needed!! Wait til you read about the pedicure- for $25 you get the full treatment- where other places want to up charge you for everything little thing!!! For the first time being here I have mixed emotions about this place because maybe it was the fact that they were busy but I felt unwelcome. Except.. at the end when the lady that did my nails gave me a massage, YES! You read correct a massage while your nails dry. They do the nails pretty cool because instead of wetting the brush and molding the acrylic around your nail this put this coat of something clear, they dip your finger in the acrylic and repeat the process several times. Different but the nails turned out good. I asked for almond shape nail not to long and the result was great as well. Just what I wanted for my bridal shower. .... Now the reason I felt unwelcome is because I called around 10am to make an appointment for 6:30pm because my bridal shower was the next day. I was babysitting near there checked out places on Yelp and reviews were real good. When I get there at 6:26pm someone asked me how they can help me and I said I have an appointment for 6:30, they responded "have a seat and we be right with you." I understood bc I saw they were busy which means Yelp reviews didn't lie lol as if they do.... that's why again I emphasize I have mixed emotions and might have to check them out again.... anyways, it took 20 min for someone to acknowledge me again and when I said I have an appointment she left came back and said "I don't have you in the book but we take you anyway." I didn't hear and I'm sorry because we understand things happen but where was the empathy? Ok, so she sits me me down and starts with my nails but then stops when I guess her other customer needed her?? Not sure.. here goes another 5min and I'm getting anxy because I made an appointment at Ulta 5 min away at 8pm thinking it was enough time to go fix my hair once again for my bridal shower. By the time someone started with my nails it was 7pm, I thought we would be done by 7:45 and I didn't wanna rush not wanting a bad job done. When I saw it was 7:40 and my nail polish wasn't even on, I called Ulta and cancelled my appointment. Don't let my review stop you from trying them, this was my personal experience and as you see other tempers have different views.
