When I finally saw her in-person, she told me, "How come you didn't tell me it was you?" I told her, "I wanted it to be a surprise because I wasn't sure if she would remember me back from middle school." Anyhow, she did. Initially had to wait a few months prior to my first appointment in October 2015. Still the same Mary who is easy to chat with and forthright. It was visually appealing. After discussing, it seems that we decided a hybrid set was more what I was looking for so I got that with a few lashes of purple. Noriko explained that these custom lashes that I was asking for would take a little longer than my original scheduled appointment. So I would have to come back at a later time to do it. My first appt was at 2pm and then I came back again at 5pm after her other appt. It would be nice to have an option for "New Client Appt" perhaps next time so we can discuss what the client is looking for and have some buffer time if need be. As well the location is a little hard to find. It's within a parking lot. They do validate parking but you still have to pay $6. The quality of the lashes is wonderful. It's been now 2 1/2 weeks and the retention is great.

Since this was my first time getting my brows done, I had many questions. Tina was incredibly sweet and answered all my questions. The initial appointment was slightly longer than the touch-up appointments because we carefully discussed the type of brows that would complement my face structure and my preferences. I've had friends pay upwards of $700 for their brows but the Suji technique was only $495. I immediately booked my appointment. Candice kept in touch with me up til the day of the appointment. I got there and she explained the procedure and we began. She put in a lot of time and effort to drawing the perfect shape and matching color and I trusted her 1,099%! Candice was very meticulous and such a perfectionist, which I completely appreciated. She numbed my brows and then the tattooing began. It was painless (I wish I had been numbed for all 35 of my tattoos lol). And quick! 45 minutes later, I got up and I had a set of beautiful and amazing brows...for the first time in 15 years!
