Initially had to wait a few months prior to my first appointment in October 2015. Still the same Mary who is easy to chat with and forthright. Also my lips has developed a severe reaction where it tingles and it keeps drying up. I'm awaiting on a test where they had to punch my lip to get skin. They say it may have been from filth which the place is cute but there's garbage, cotton tips everywhere! I'm now worried if the needle was clean! Save yourself and go somewhere else that's safe! I normally have strong, healthy hair, but the owner left the perming solution on too long while she went to finish other things. Now, more than two weeks later, my lashes are still damaged beyond styling, rough to the touch, and my brows feel like brittle horse hair. What shocked me most is that the owner never even apologized. Instead, she suggested putting more chemicals on my already destroyed lashes and brows, which would only make the damage worse. On top of that, she constantly pushes products and treatments--even ones unsuitable for sensitive skin--making the whole experience feel more like a sales pitch than a professional service. To make matters worse, many of the positive reviews you see here are incentivized with discounts, which makes them misleading. The only credit I can give is to the esthetician who does facials--she actually knows her craft and recommended a product that worked wonders on my skin. Unfortunately, because of the owner's lack of responsibility, skill, and professionalism, I will not be returning. If you care about the health of your lashes, brows, or skin, please be cautious before booking here. Answer for the CARELESS owner: It's honestly mind-boggling how you refuse to admit the terrible work you did on my lashes and eyebrows.
