The quality of the nails is just not worth the price. I asked for a French tip, almond shape, and medium length. The French tip designed itself is very uneven and not precise. My total came out to $92 before tipping and I don't mind paying that price if the quality and the attention to detail is good, but it wasn't. I got my nails done about a week and a half ago, and a days ago my nail broke like shown in the picture. I wasn't applying pressure to it or anything so I'm very confused how can the nail break like this? Secondly, there is a lot of gap between my real nail and the gel extension underneath so it's trapping moisture and leasing to easy lifting, which I'm worried that it's going to cause green molds. I didn't realized until I got home that my cuticles weren't prepped at all. Lastly, the shaping was just not it I tried to file it myself and show her but it really wasn't fixable and I didn't wanna sit there for a longer time for her to remove it and do it again. Maybe it's the nail tech, her name was Betty so maybe another nail tech? However, based on the pictures of this place there are experienced and detailed technicians. I've been here before for other services, which I thought they did okay. read more

The top view looked good, but it was thick underneath for my taste. I'm not sure what I had got at the time whether it was gelx or gel. This was my first time here. The good: I was able to get a pedicure without an appointment. Chairs are comfortable. Large selection of colors to choose from. Clean bathroom to use. Good air conditioning! The not so good: Mediocre pedicure at best. The utensils were cleaned in the same tub that my feet were in, and returned to her cart to use again. Not much of a massage. Basically added lotion to the water on my feet and rubbed for 30 seconds. The lady doing my pedicure seemed to be interested in everything going on around her rather than paying attention to what she was doing. Not impressed. I will not be a returning customer. read more

Customer service wasn't bad but we had two different nail techs and both experiences weren't great I asked for medium to long coffin gel x and was given extra small square nails I gave a simple design and it wasn't even visible. My friend who gave a design as well was given a complete other design. When we tried to have them fix it they would just redo a little part or not at all. Then she completely rushed through once another customer came in. Leaving our nails not at all how we asked for them. We paid $200 in total which is absolutely insane for what we received we ended up having another shop fix them with no issue. I would not recommend this place for anything more than a simple colored mani or pedi. read more

I'm well pleased. I came here on a Wednesday at 3pm for a pedicure and they had someone available to help me right away. They had a vast number of colors for a regular pedicure that I had a hard time deciding. They hand you two back to back example cardboard sheets organized by color ranges which is makes it nice and easy to find the exact color you want without having to search walls of nail polish bottles for something you desire. Also, the people I interacted with spoke very good English. I got Jenny and she was sincerely so sweet and kind. Also, she did not try to upsell me to the other two higher packages. She did an excellent job and asked me if I enjoyed the massage & something similar while doing it. It was clean and tidy, and the environment was good. This will be my new nail salon! I got the basic pedicure package and it included callus remover and exfoliation scrub. My old nail salon would try to upsell me to getting a gel pedicure. In fact, when I smudged a toe on two different occasions, they would scold me that I SHOULD have gotten gel. Also, the environment was old and junky, and there was a 15 minute wait even though I had an appointment. read more

A little more than a week ago I went here for the first time to get my nails done, I had showed him an inspiration picture for the type of nails I wanted, which were short french tip acrylic nails. i'm super disappointed because my nails did not look anything like the inspiration picture. My service was very very rushed and done in under 45 minutes. There were many flaws about my nails including the shaping, it was uneven and bulky, as well as left over acrylic under my nails. the worst part is they were 85 dollars, 95 including my very generous tip. After a week of having these nails the gel art on top has completely chipped away as he barely put any top coat on. Moral of the story this salon rushes their clients nails and do not appreciate or care for their work, I will never come back. read more

I have been a regular here For a few months now and I love going to sue and I was getting a design on my nails in a lip and brow waxing. What about two weeks ago when I was last at the salon, I asked for a certain color green from a photo and they gave me a lime green and said it looks fine and then chopped into my natural brow and traumatized the skin and new growth has been stunted. So it was my error to go to a nail salon to get a brow waxing however they should know better and listen to when customers complain and I haven't even been that irate. I've been overly nice and patient and then today I went to a brow bar at Nordstrom and they said that the strips at the salon used took off one layer of skin and one of my eyebrow tails. I had to buy a growth serum because of this error and I look a bit lopsided and I'm currently interviewing for jobs. NEVER AGAIN will I get my waxing done here. Never. read more

Worst manicure experience. I left feeling like I had to pay for something I did not ask for. I said I wanted almond shaped nails, on the short side. I explained I have a toddler at home that I need to keep up with and shorter nails work for me. I also asked for them to be painted ombre from my natural nail color to pink. I don't get my nails done often, so I was excited for this fun treat. Because I don't get them done often, I am also not privvy to what X nails are vs acrylic vs dipped? I was informed by my nail tech that X nails would be the best way to go. I was surprised that when prepping my nails she did not push or clean my cuticles. She then painted acetone on all of my nails but one and I tried to inform her twice but she brushed me off saying it was ok. It was like we were bumping fingers the entire time. I could never tell which nail she was going for because she did not go in any order when gluing the plastic on. She would sigh in frustration when my hand wouldn't do what she wanted and tug my finger harder. She was tugging and twisting my fingers in ways they aren't supposed to bend. She had to completely remove and reglue an entire nail and didn't remove the dry glue completely from the first application before putting a new nail on. She reassured me that the X nails were good, and acrylic were better for people who worked? Uhh??? When trimming the plastic, I said I wanted short. I had to tell her shorter, shorter, shorter about seven times because she kept telling me the length was good. It was not what I wanted! One hand was longer than the other and when I told her that she did another big sigh. She seemed so annoyed that I was asking for what I wanted. Two of my nails were filed crooked, one is applied crooked, they are not almond shape, under the nail is super chunky with glue, and they are STILL longer than I wanted, but I felt like I needed to settle at some point. She kept pushing Bio Gel nails on me and said if I wanted shorter I should have gotten Bio Gel. And I said, I wanted longer than my natural nail, just on the short side and she did a big sigh. So unkind. Twice I heard her talking to another technician in a language I don't understand, sounding very annoyed. She then told me my nails were too short for an ombre, so I settled again for one single color. Her UV light surface, where I needed to put my hand, looked like it had not been cleaned in MONTHS. Caked grime and makeup from other peoples' hands. I had to hover my hand inside. Her station felt so dirty. The nails are fine. Fine. But they are so sloppy and not what I wanted. I'm so sad I paid 80 dollars for something that was supposed to be a special treat. The receptionist was kind as I paid, and I think could tell I wasn't very happy with my nails. I told her she was right, and she sounded like she wanted to accommodate me, but honestly my energy was draaaaaaaiined and I did not want to sit myself back into another potentially abusive situation, especially with that technician. The person who did my nails should not be doing nails anymore. It seems like everyone giving one star reviews got the same person. Never coming here again. Ugh. So disappointed. read more
