Rose Nail has been around for many, many years in my family. I got my first set of solar nails before my wedding here. My mom has had her nails done here for several years before that. Basically we're creatures of habit until you hurt us. Which is why I chose to not come here often. I have not personally been injured before, but my mom has. While the nail tech always does their best to repair my poor moms nail, the fact remains a fungus grew, blood was shed and I just cannot imagine why she still comes here. They don't even comp her services. To top it off, their massage chairs need refurbishing or replacement. read more

I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews but I think that with good comes bad. They were very nice, the place was comfortable and quick, the wait wasn't long. I was a little surprised they closed at 5 the day I was there without any signage and turned several people away that came in after 430. My nails didn't have the strong feeling that I usually have when I get shellac I felt like they would break at any minute, I'm thinking it was the product they used. This place is something else, all I need is my eyebrows done. They say you need to make an appointment, ok so I try calling to do so. they are booked! I ask for another day and time and they are now booked for the rest of the week. I waited a week, call at their opening time and they are booked for the week again. I tell my wife to call for same service and what do you know... there's an opening, she puts my name down i show up and they say their eyebrow person had to leave for an emergency. I ask for another day and time and they tell me they are book for 2weeks ... REALLY!! Dont know what the deal is, never had any problems before. oh well guess I'll find another spot read more

Called this morning asked for a men's pedicure for my 83 year old dad! $20 SHE quoted! Ok 3pm apt! Dad had $20 cash for service and $5 for Tip. After service owner said $25. I told him quoted $20 at 10am and he said no lady works there that quoted that. After a lengthly argument, he called the cops on my 83 yr old dad and myself for "theft of Service"! Told him I would have stayed in my neighborhood and gone to the same Franchise for $25! I took his License number and nail salon number to file a complaint to the State board. I will never ever take my dad back, mind you he was a regular every 4 months. There is no negative black Stars. read more

Undoubtedly the worst manicure I have ever had. I went in for a shellac manicure and they kept pushing to do "dip" manicure. She said it's better than shellac and lasts longer. So I told her to go ahead. She said it'll look natural. She was so rough and cut me a couple of times and she didn't care. She didn't trim my cuticles, cut my nails too short, uneven, and weirdly shaped. Did not look natural at all. Messed up on a nail and she complained As she buffed it out. Didn't even look like the rest of my nails! Left with dry hands and uneven messed up nails. Never going back here. Waste of time and money. read more

I will never go to another nail salon!! I've been getting acrylics for about 7 years now and I've NEVER had anyone do my nails as well as Mike. It's a combination of his fantastic skills and the high quality acrylic they use! I'm a cosmetologist and I know crappy acrylic from the good stuff and at Rose Nails they do not cut corners. My daughter takes dance class near here. It's a convenient location for me. I highly recommend an appointment. They had to turn away some people because they were booked the entire Saturday. I called and made an appointment for a pedicure a a day before and I was even offered an appointment before their official opening hours. Everyone was friendly. I was immediately offered bottled water or wine when I was seated at the pedicure station and the massage chair was very relaxing. All of the employees were busy and they seem to have a good system going. I did see some customers passed on to other employees as the first step was completed. There are also 3 televisions (all are showing the same thing) in the salon. I'll definitely be back! read more

Deserves ZERO STARS. The worst pedicure I've ever had. The guy doing my pedicure was incompetent. I was patient for awhile but when two ladies who sat in the chair after me were done before my nail polish was even applied, this got my attention. He pretended to use the cuticle nippers (nothing came off onto the tool) and he had so much trouble applying the nail polish that he had to get the manager to finish. When I complained to the manager, he replied with "he is one of my best technicians." No apology whatsoever for the sub par service.
