I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff was already so kind and welcoming, but what really stood out was how caring they were.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My baby started fussing during my appointment, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]one of the women immediately noticed and went out of her way to help soothe her so I could finish getting my nails done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It meant so much to me as a mom. Absolutely loved this nail salon! The techs were super kind and the salon was very clean as well. I got tips and acrylic nails and they turned out amazing and my sisters did as well. I had an appointment at 11:45 and did not get seen till 12ish. However, the nail service itself was overall nice, my tech was very careful around a cut I had. I wished I was offered some water or something after my first drink (I finished it early into the session because I was drinking it while I was waiting) I also wish they spent a bit more time at the end cleaning up around my fingers as there was some paint left over. I moved to SA about 6 months ago and I searched for a good pedicure salon. I can confirm after visiting this place numerous times it's amazing ! I usually get my pedicure by Tina. She is extremely meticulous, detail oriented and gives really good foot massages. This week I went to a male named Phu, he was also great. Salon is clean, efficient and offers drinks while you get serviced. Highly recommend ! read more

Was looking for a new nail salon since my favorite worker left the one I use to go to. When I enter I noticed it's very beautiful and very welcoming even offer me a complimentary drink, I chose water. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice I had great conversations with her. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because when I got home I noticed the back of my heel was still rough and had a bit of dead skin still but I'll give her benefit of the doubt my feet were in bad shape so I am sure it's hard to get all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Rude staff. Will not be returning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We've given this place so much business over the last 3 years. I went to get a pedi, I made it clear I wanted regular polish. The tech persisted I get gel even though I said no many times, she even told me my nail was yellowing from regular polish. Which they were not. She did a poor paint job ( I believe Intentionally) and when I pointed it out she threw the polish into her kit out of frustration. I had her remove the polish and left with unpainted toes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]So never been in there until this week and it was so inviting and they broke down the different services and colors they have![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was overwhelmed with color! I got a mani and pedi and they did the services at the same time and I was in and out of there in an hour and a half! That's the fastest I've ever been serviced at a nail salon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I can honestly say this is the Worst nail/ customer service experience of my life.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have been getting acrylics monthly for the past 10 years. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lack of empathy, understanding, and initiative the manager took is why I'm leaving this rating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I spent about 2 hours on 8/11 and about 3 hours on 8/13. The manager stated THE BEST HE COULD DO IS GIVE ME A 10% DISCOUNT OR I DON'T HAVE TO GET SERVICES FROM THEM. SO THE BEST I COULD DO IS LEAVE A 1 STAR REVIEW. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only reason why I decided to allow the new tech Stephanie work on me after she removed the full set MISTAKE from 8/11 is because she empathized with me and knew how to do a set I was looking for.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I booked online for an appointment on Sunday 8/11. In my description I put what I wanted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I arrived I asked Cody the manager if he had a tech to do what I was asking for (I had an inspo pic and verbally described what I wanted) he insisted he did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I was sat with the tech I also showed him pictures of the inspo and pictures of my nails with the same style and length and the tech said yes he could do it when CLEARLY HE COULD NOT. 1.) The tech used old curve nail tips 2.) He stated that he never primes/dehydrates the nails that the monomer has primer in it and the nails would last a month. 3.) He was rude and kept getting upset/angry when I would ask him to shape it better. 4.) Over flooded my nail beds. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Over all this experience could have been avoided by being transparent that a tech that day couldn't do what I wanted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I even asked if someone else could help me Sunday but was told no.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And Cody said WELL I DIDN'T CHARGE YOU FOR THE REMOVAL.. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Stephanie is so talented, transparent, experienced, understanding, and her customer service skills are EXCEPTIONAL![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] STEPHANIE is the reason why I even allowed myself to pay this place over $120 despite them DISREGARDING and DISMISSING how much of an inconvenience and TIME THEY WASTED of mine. read more

Pretty disappointed. The first time I came, they were fantastic and personable and kind. So I came back for my baby shower nails and was left frustrated and upset. I showed them a photo and asked if they could do it - simple French tip mani with white chrome. They said yes and it went downhill from there. The shape is wrong, they put the chrome on one to try it and it looked bright silver so we took it off, and the actual design/painting job is awful. I can see the base underneath and even the front desk person said "oh he should have used nude". I told them I wasn't thrilled with the turnout and she said "sorry about that" but no offer to actually fix it. Who lets a client leave unhappy? They're also not cleaned up at all. Won't be back. Ps if they try to let Logan do your nails, ask for another tech. He seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else but there and when I was looking at them he told me that it was my fault that my nail beds were short so the manicure wouldn't look good. I wasn't even allowed to pick a nude or pink as the base before he just started slapping clear powder on them, which now just looks so cheap. Not worth $77. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]When wife caught them at the game, they wanted to undo what they did and not provide any service at all.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Wife told them they were not going to ruin her birthday. If you've been on the hunt for a nail salon that provides not only ACTUAL quality nails but also experience, this place will be your new favorite! It's very elegant inside and I like when you go in that there is a service menu upfront (sometimes places sit you down and start and you're surprised by the sticker price) but they have a whole checklist card specifically for you so your technician and yourself know the services & price you'll be getting. I get my pedicures regularly there - I've gotten the basic classic, deluxe classic along with some of their specialty ones (+shellac) and they're always incredible! It's rare to have such consistency in experience at salons. Even everyone I've recommended has had positive experiences, which really says something! Pricing is on point, honestly great compared to places around and the range of colors and services is outstanding. This is the first time I've ever had a home base nail salon and I'm glad I can rely on them for great nails and great customer service. read more

5 star service!!! Very clean establishment and nice! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in! I immediately checked-in and was shown a menu to choose my drink of choice. They serve non-alcohol and alcohol beverages. I was then asked to choose with option of Pedicure. I chose the luxury option for $55. I was then asked what options I wanted for my nails - I chose a refill/Shellac with new shape which was $47 + $5 shape. All in all I felt $107 + tip was a bit pricey for my budget BUT I am overjoyed that I found a place I can continue to come to when I need a pamper day of splurging on self-care. Angi did my nails and she took the best care of me and didn't make me feel less than for being a bit timid at first! Jeffrey did my pedicure and he was so nice and pleasant, kept referring to me as "ma'am" :) All in all, I do recommend and I'll definitely make the 30 minute drive back!!! So worth it! read more

this is my go to place for my nails however I was very dissatisfied this visit I was sat with a younger female that didn't do what I requested she used colored powder instead of polish which means I have to get a new set next time I go in they were different lengths and a few of the crooked I didn't dare ask her to fix them as I was already in there 2 hours which is ridiculously long hopefully next time I won't be unhappy that's if I even go back had to go home and file them myself just so they looked decent read more

I got my nails done by @treatyonaylz she was so sweet and wonderful. She did a great job with the design i asked for. I liked how she let me pick my nail shaped, yet low key suggested i got almond shape next time because it would go with my nail shape better. Highly recommend her. read more

If a nail is filed correctly, she would not be bleeding in a localized area in that nature. That's not irritation. TF? Very unprofessional to gaslight her. I have been frequenting this place for over a year and have recommended this place multiple times. But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. It's even more sad to see that management has not only gaslit me, but very clearly is doing it to other women.

On top of that, he was rude and I tried to strike up a conversation with him because he was in a sour mood. At first he was rude and defensive but then started to be cool which I thought was great because we had a fun conversation!! -- I wanted him in a good mood while he's working on my nails but this guy just doesn't know how to do nails at all!! I even question if he's been to cosmo school or even had a license to do nails! He did my manicure and pedicure used a drill- didn't push my cuticles back or trim them. He did do a decent short massage on one foot/leg was quick with the other. Even my pedicure was a mess and he just smeared it with his finger then female tech came to fix it since he started on someone else. He didn't have me dry my nails- and the coat was too think to dry fast. I tried to warn the new girl that came in but couldn't get her attention. My sister's nails turned out great but a female nail tech did them- forgot her name so just make sure not to go with the male tech. Male tech: if you read this I wish you the best of luck, you're a cool guy but please have someone retrain you to do nails or maybe doing nails is just not for you! You seem miserable doing nails and the results reflect that. I wish I had a good experience and could give 5 stars but this experience was disappointing!

I've never seen him waiting around for customers. He seems to come in for, communicate with, and work on a set schedule of regular clients. If you are one of John's clients, maybe you could write a review detailing what that is all about. I'm usually a short, square, neutral gal, but the owner is happy to embellish me when I get a wild hair for design - think festival or holiday time. Since I'm customarily boring, I always tell her I'm planning design as early as possible so she can schedule appropriately & I don't F Up the remainder of her schedule. She can do aaalllll the things, but if you wait until go-time to request some outrageousness, she may not be able to work it in. They usually get walk ins seated within 5-20 minutes. If they can't get you in , they won't lie to you and have you waiting around for an hour. I have two primary reasons for sticking with a nail salon 1. Quality work. 2. Real people. I never understood people who don't communicate what they expect or say, "whatever you think is best" & then complain when a service isn't what they "expected." Every tech at Lotus has wanted to understand what I want and has worked their best to provide. Every one of them have been uber-nice & respectful to me if I decided on a mid-service change.....they were even nice about a post-service change once, but its probably because that is an extremely rare occurrence for me and I try to be nice & respectful in-kind. Also, the woman doing his pedicure encouraged him to have his nails buffed, which he agreed to, but she did not mention there was an extra charge. This was already during the pedicure, so the service menu was not available at the the time (and as someone who does not get pedicures often, he had no idea that is something that would cost more). We arrived as walk-ins and they said they had availability for both of us. After having us go to our chairs, the woman arrived and started his pedicure while I sat at my chair (no water in the bowl to at least relax and soak). I waited almost 15 more minutes for mine to start. This made no sense since I would need polish removal, polish application, and time to dry. In these situations, it would make the most sense for a salon to start on the customer whose service would take longer. Overall, it was a very basic experience. We will choose one of many other options the next time.

The only thing I didn't like is that I got regular polish, not gel, and they don't have a quick dry spray to dry your nails. Not even a quick dry polish, so even being super careful, 2 of my nails got scuffed. If I come back here, which is likely, I am bringing my own quick dry polish. My skin reacts badly to the UV lamps and I don't want to be forced to leave with wet polish on my toes. I may even bring my own quick dry spray.

With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

Then she accused me of popping them off myself. When I tried to talk to her she gave me attitude and shooed me away. Then I asked what could be done and after already paying $90 the week prior she told me I could pay another $50 for plain nails because she didn't have time due to other customers walking in
