My nail technician (Kayla) moved to this salon and thank goodness she called to let me know like I asked her when we first met and I began using her. It is so hard to find a nail tech that doesn't the way you like it, doesn't have to ask and does a perfect job each time as well! This establishment is nicely decorated and plenty of space for both you and and the tech without encroaching on the person next to you. The rates are pretty much the same as I was paying before, so I imagine it's a standard rate around town for a dip and deluxe pedi with hot wax, hot towels and a leg massage.. Color choices seemed to be plentiful! Nice comfy pedicure chairs complete with massage! That's a MUST, as far as I'm concerned.. The other employees were very friendly, and I look forward to coming back on my next visit. read more

I'm a bit disappointed with the service I just received today. I came here two weeks ago and fell in love with the attention and care Alex put into giving me a great fill. Today, I made an appointment, but when I arrived he had just taken another customer pushing my appointment 20 minutes late. The part that bothered me was no apology for the delay. As I inquired as to how appointment times work here and what I could expect, another customer interrupted providing her feedback and opinions to my concerns. Alex explained they try to keep to appointments as closely as possible, but can not always adhere to the times due to unexpected delays. Alex never interjected with the aggressive customer ignoring her attack on my inquiry. read more

I came here for the first time and left relatively happy. I got a full set of ombré acrylics. It was priced the same as other nail salons. I believe I got Alex who did a great job compared to other salons I've been to. He was very gentle and my nails look good for the most part, no bleeding cuticles here. I wasn't offered anything to drink but that's okay. My only complaint is that a couple of my nails are crooked but it's not too severe either. I'd definitely come back and just get a less expensive style. read more

Horrible place, went in to get a pedicure. All the male technician did was nail polish my toes and rubbed my legs with a very stinky lotion. When I requested for my feet to be scrub he said he won't do it that the service was only for certain customers not for me. I was charged $55 I paid and left. I only give the one star because is mandatory. read more

I enjoy coming to this nail salon for several reasons: 1. It's very clean. 2. They always have relaxing, soothing music playing softly in the background. 3. I've never felt like I was being rushed through. 4. The employees are very courteous, friendly and professional. My gel manis and pedis always last me a good three to four weeks. 5. Check out my fancy nails! This is a great place to get your nails done. They have several massaging pedicure chairs and the staff are skilled at both mani's and pedi's. I suggest making an appointment. They can get busy at times. And you gotta get your nails done! read more

Sooooo happy I tried this place out!! I just moved into this area and needed a GOOD nail place. I've been jumping around everytime I need a fill and haven't found somewhere I'm ready to be exclusive to UNTIL NOW! I looked on Yelp and Google to see what nail places were near me so i didnt have to fight rush hour traffic and this one was the closest to my house AND had the best reviews (SUCH GREAT LUCK!) I had 2 broken nails (acrylic) and needed a fill pretty bad (nails were officially RACHET looking) Guy who greeted me was very friendly and I immediately noticed that the smell of harsh chemicals was not nearly as overwhelming as some places I've been (hate that) They've done a great job with the decor and layout, it not awkward and uncomfortable the way some nails salons can be. It was very cozy and the tech who did my nails did a great job. He checked that I liked the shape and length and made sure everything matched on both hands before doing the shellac. He was quick and tidy and very polite. I did not have time for a pedicure this time, but the separate area they have for it was very clean and well kept. So happy to have found a place to stay loyal to for my mani and pedi. The cost was almost the best part. 2 new nails, a fill, and shellac for $40 SWEET!!! read more

I've walked in and right back out a few times before due to the wait time from low staffing but this time I walked in there was no wait. Well let me tell you I wish I would've walked right back out! I came in for a SIMPLE polish change. I grabbed about four different colors to choose from while my polish was being removed, I had to get back up to put every single one of them back because they were practically empty or dried out. Before she started painting I asked for a cotton ball with polish remover so I could take off the polish she didn't bother to remove that was all I've met skin from the dripping of her removing the old polish. She was rude about it but I ignored it. Once she started the top coat I realized my big toe polish was EXTREMELY CHUNKY I asked her if she could fix it thinking she would do the sensible thing and just start fresh on that ONE TOE she didn't she just added more polish which only made it that much worse I asked her she could kindly just redo that one toe multiple times she ignored and continued doing her own thing that only made it worse she refused to repolish one toe; upon my checking out she told the male owner/manager something in her language and he seemed unbothered he didn't care to thank me or "have a nice day" NOTHING this place is extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and lacking major quality. I gave it two stars because it was clean and only that. read more

I like getting my nails done here. It is convenient, clean, and not overpriced. However, without a doubt they always run late. Not 5 mins or 10 minutes late but more like 15-20 minutes late each time I have an appointment here. It is so frustrating that I literally have to factor in about an hour of my time because of how late these folks always run. read more

Plexiglass is between you and the nail technician with a slot to put your hands in as well as 6ft between you and the other guests. Very clean, thorough and safe. Lots of shellac colours to choose from as well. read more

I have been coming to LT Salon for over 5 years. I always make appointments with Sue Ann unless she is on vacation! She is kind, careful and gives attention to detail. Sweet as pie! I moved from San Antonio early 2018 but after a few too many unsuccessful attempts to get that kind of quality in Austin I have now starting commuting to get my services with Sue Ann again. While I'm sure they are all great technicians as I have see consistency in several that have been there over the years, Sue Ann is absolutely my favorite. The facility is maintained well and the costs are in line with the services as well! read more

Ah I am so happy I came here! Not only is this place super close to home, everything about the service was perfect. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure for $60 (before tip). I messed up a toe nail walking out and had to come back (erg!!) They took care of it right away. Found out about this salon through Next Door. They had excellent reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. I am really, really happy. I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I arrived at 10 when they opened. Everyone was friendly. I picked my color and headed to the back. The salon is clean and if they do acrylic nails you could not tell. No smell at all. The pedi chairs are the usual type. There was a huge tv on the wall showing Food Network. My tech was Alex. Very attentive and meticulous. We had light conversation but if someone didn't want to talk that would be ok as well. I had the pedicure with shellac polish. I paid $50 which I thought was reasonable. Respectful, quiet and calming...everything you want a salon to be. I will most definitely be back. They do manis as well as waxing. I'll have to give those a try. read more

I was going to Magic Nails but new ownership and bad service caused me to become a defector! Stumbled upon this place. Yelp gives it 3.5 stars. But I read the reviews and I didn't see anything to justify this. I decided to allow them the opportunity to win me over. Honestly, I haven t had a good service in a while. I really enjoyed this pedicure. I showed the ladies in the salon the reviews here. They said they do not pay Yelp so the reviews do not reflect the clients accurate reviews. She told me to go to Google a type the name of the salon and the reviews indicate true updated reviews. She was right. Cons: We had pedicures that were described as including 22-minute massages. This equated to basic rubbing, not massaging, and that time included time with the scrub, lotion, and hot stones. For the price we paid, I expect (and have received elsewhere) at least somewhat of a foot/leg massage during that time period. Not all of the paraffin was removed for my husband. Also, the woman doing his pedicure encouraged him to have his nails buffed, which he agreed to, but she did not mention there was an extra charge. This was already during the pedicure, so the service menu was not available at the the time (and as someone who does not get pedicures often, he had no idea that is something that would cost more). We arrived as walk-ins and they said they had availability for both of us. After having us go to our chairs, the woman arrived and started his pedicure while I sat at my chair (no water in the bowl to at least relax and soak). I waited almost 15 more minutes for mine to start. This made no sense since I would need polish removal, polish application, and time to dry. In these situations, it would make the most sense for a salon to start on the customer whose service would take longer. Overall, it was a very basic experience. We will choose one of many other options the next time.

When she finally got to me, we exchanged pleasantries because it had been awhile since I last saw her. She's very friendly, kind and personable. I like to develop relationships with my Self-Care peeps and it's important to me that they're engaging, talented and easy to get along with. Sandy is that type of person. She's fast and helps me out. I showed her my one broken nail that I told I kept trying to grow out but kept breaking and showed her my thin, scraggly nails. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long. Kudos to her and thank you for not letting me feel embarrassed about the state of my toes and nails, LOL!! She'd just say "It's okay! I'll take care of you!" :-)

With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
