My wife never uses gift cards right away as they are a treat and its nice to save for a special day. Its really unfortunate, this business could have resolved this so easily and made a customer happy, its only a nail treatment, not thousands of dollars, but they decided to do the contrary and be unprofessional and ghost a good customer.
