I had no idea since it was gifted to me only few years back. I can only figure that maybe it had been re-gifted to me because it hadn't been 7 years...I guess that's not the fault of Madison Esthetique. The young lady at the front desk took the time to write "expired" on the card. Maybe it would be a good idea to write when it will be expired when the card is first purchased. I don't like and I don't support businesses that do this 7 years expiration date BS on their gift cards. It says to me they don't care about the clients and don't stand behind their business. When I got to the office, I was in the waiting room waiting for my appt and several of the girls were whispering about a client that was there in an exam room. I could clearly here what they were saying and I thought it was very unprofessional and not kind, honestly. Once I was able to talk to someone, I was told that they no longer do the procedure that I was interested in and that they haven't done it in a very long time. Not cool. Anywho, I listened to their pitch about all the other products they sell and procedures they do and then it's time to meet the doctor. The doctor told me that my face could be offensive to people because I have a natural frown. She even went so far as to tell me that I could probably have better relationships with people if I let her fix my frown.
