I've been going to Cindy since 2017 and never looked back. I literally fall asleep during our appointments & let her do her thing. I trust her 1000% to use her judgement and she never disappoints! I travel often to places that are humid and hot...having perfect brows when not wearing make up really makes a difference. Another service I would recommend is lip blush. As we age, the color in our lips fade. Thanks to Cindy, I only wear lip oils or masks during the day. I used to wear colored lip gloss but I don't need to anymore. For an every day look, the lip blush is very subtle and natural. I also just let her use her judgement to decide which colors fit my skin tone. And again, she never disappoints. I was not given a waiver or detailed explanation of the procedure beforehand. After the treatment, I experienced burns and damage to my brow area that required corrective work, which cost me several thousand dollars to fix. When I later raised concerns, the provider denied that any chemical was applied during my service and stated that a product was only sold to me. I disagree based on my experience during the appointment and the injuries that followed. At the time I checked, the cosmetology license associated with this provider, appeared expired/cancelled on the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology website. I have attached photo documentation showing the results. I'm sharing this review so others can make an informed decision.
