There's a comfy couch to sit on, which i really liked b/c normally, I might either sit in a salon chair or in the waiting area (where I'm more out of touch w/ what's going on). But this way it was easy for me to be part of the conversation and my daughter knows I'm right there if she needs anything. Parking is easy as there is reserved parking for customers only. Credit cards are accepted and you can leave a tip using your card (or not) if you'd like. Not only the my stylist Aaron Griffin put dark brown on my roots, he also didn't bother to ask how I wanted my hair. Right before he took his shears to my hair, I said I have a picture of what I wanted (shoulder length with lots of layers). He glanced at the picture and brushed it off with a flippant "cool" and started cutting. By the time I left, I was done, my hair was cut to my jawline. When it came time to pay, my total came to $165. When I got to my car, I was in tears because of how awful it was. When confronted later on, he tried to say I had shoulder length hair when I came in and that the reason my hair turned out so short was because I wanted lots of layers. My advice is to avoid getting your hair done by Aaron Griffin at all costs
