I see her every 3-4 weeks for a follow-up facial, which has immensely helped with all the maskne from wearing masks, and I feel very grateful. Over the last year, my skin even became more sensitive due to hormonal changes after pregnancy. (Yes, I even saw her during my pregnancy) None of her treatment and skincare products have caused me to have negative reactions. In fact, I get compliments that my skin is glowing and healthy. I continue to highly recommend Beth if you have acne, scarring, or any other skincare and beauty concerns. She's a professional. Listen to her advice and follow her recommendations. Stick to a routine and you'll get the results you want.

Beth's services are always top notch. She has now been re-microblading my eyebrows after an old poorly done set. Since the initial round I have gotten so many compliments on how perfect my brows look. She does an excellent job at keeping you comfortable and pain free through the entire process. I will be a lifetime client!

It had a homey feel and the ladies working there were so friendly and welcoming. They offer hair services in the front and had rooms in the back for head massages. It was such a relaxing 60 minutes to get a deep scalp massage and some neck and shoulder work too. Our hair smelled so nice after blow drying and the hot Vietnamese tea they offered really rounded out the whole experience.

I was initially…read moretold that no product was applied to that area, but based on the sensation and what was later shared with me, it seems likely that something came into contact with my eyelids during the treatment. After following up, I was shown multiple products that were used, including a cleanser containing mandelic and lactic acids, as well as a mask labeled to avoid the eye area. This was concerning, especially since I had been told that no active ingredients were used. I also had difficulty getting a clear and consistent list of all products used, which made it harder to understand what may have caused the reaction. That said, they were responsive and ultimately offered a partial refund and acknowledged that more care should be taken to avoid the eye area during treatments. Overall, I'd recommend extra caution with application techniques around sensitive areas like the eyes, and clearer transparency about products used, especially if a client experiences a reaction.

I'm sure this person's actual skin services and skills are there, however their customer service is not. I had a short text exchange with Harley to set up a consultation, as I have intricate skin due to a genetic condition, I wanted to make sure the person potentially applying chemicals and needles to my skin knew what they were doing. His response was ableist. He dismissed specific concerns about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) skin, stating, "Nobody has experience with that dear." This minimized the challenges associated with EDS, implying that the skin condition is not a valid consideration. Additionally, by mentioning his own experience with EDS and stating, "but it doesn't really pertain to esthetics," he further contributed to a dismissive tone regarding the unique needs of someone with EDS. An inclusive and understanding response would have acknowledged the challenges posed by EDS and expressed a willingness to adapt services accordingly. The statement that Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) has nothing to do with esthetics pertaining to skincare is not entirely accurate. EDS is a rare condition that affects connective tissue, including the skin. People with EDS often have fragile and stretchy skin, making skincare a unique challenge. Common EDS skin problems include sensitive and fragile skin, as well as abnormal scarring due to abnormal collagen production. Therefore, individuals with EDS may need to avoid certain beauty treatments and take preventative measures to care for their skin, such as using moisturizers, sunscreen, and avoiding trauma to the skin. While EDS does not directly relate to traditional esthetic skincare treatments, it does have implications for skincare due to the unique characteristics of EDS skin. Therefore, it is important for individuals with EDS to approach skincare with caution and seek advice from healthcare professionals familiar with the condition. For individuals with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), skincare is a unique challenge due to the condition's effects on the skin. EDS can cause sensitive, fragile skin and abnormal scarring, making traditional skincare treatments potentially risky.
