Basic Pedicure $49, includes removal, massage chair (some don't work correctly), foot soak with flower petals, exfoliation of dead skin, scrub, oil and lotion massage, hot towels, and nail polish application. The price is worth the cleanliness and the size of this salon gives me more peace in COVID times. Despite the mask mandate removal, the team is still wearing masks to protect their patrons :) Had Jennifer today and she was very kind and she did a great job. The massage was lovely. read more

I debated writing this review. I usually only write a review if it is positive. I had been to this salon twice before and I thought I would give them another try. The environment in the spa is beautiful, but don't let that fool you. I went in to have gel polish removed and then more regular polish applied. The employee ground off the gel polish without using any polish remover. She ground my beautiful natural nails so deep that they started to burn. The exterior of my nails was now rough and paper thin. She clipped the side of my thumb nails in too close and left weird jagged edges that are still trying to grow back. When I entered the salon, I had 10 long and strong natural nails. When I left, I had 10 broken nails with a sloppy polish job. I went home and removed the polish to find that each nail was now cracked and so I had to cut all my nails. The skin beneath my nails was red and bruised. 3 weeks later, and I am still having to cut my nails as short as possible because they are paper thin and splitting and breaking. When I called the manager to let her know what happened, her advice was to see a different nail tech the next time I went in. There will be no next time. I will never go back. My nails will hopefully grow out, but it will take several weeks. read more

I've lived near this nail shop for majority of my life and was always taken here by my mother and/ or nana to get manicures and pedicures. The one day I come in by myself I ( Age 16 only a kid not understanding what is happening) was asked to pay first before receiving my service. I had received nail services from this company so many other times along with my white mother and grandmother. But when I come in by myself ( I'm of color not white ) I'm forced to pay before I receive my service, and to add they didn't ask anyone else this. Everyone that was in the shop like I was payed AFTER they received their service ( all white ). I recently found out this happened to my neice when going here, she is also of color. Had she would have told me she was coming here I would have STRONGLY warned her against it. If you are ANY person of color (seems they only want one type of clientele ) do not come here or support their business please. Have I would have been an adult when enduring this experience I would sue. Learning this happened yet again to someone I love at a young age. Not going to let it slide again. This is not okay what so ever ! And not a way to do business. If you are not a person of color but are genuine , just , and know what's right please don't support this business. I came in for a fill for my acrylics which only were grown out for 1 week. So there was not much to fill and the tip was only painted which I had the tip shaved down because I didn't want long nails anymore. It cost me $70 for her to fill and do a new tip color. That's the cost for a full set anywhere else. This place overcharges! She was really annoyed I wanted only the tip painted so she charged me an extra $10 because she would rather paint the whole nail fast and easy. What's bad enough too is the fill powder she used is DARK PINK and my original powder was white so my nails have have white, half pink powder and a bold colored tip that doesn't match. read more

I got my nails done a few weeks ago and they still look amazing. I've never gotten powder before but it's my new favorite. It's like shellac but on steroids. I came here for a bridal party and they didn't hesitate to offer us drinks which could be tea, water or mimosa! The inside is beautiful and calming. I was a little bummed we all didn't get to sit together while doing our nails but it wasn't the end of the world. I'd recommend this place. Powder is not cheap. I think my nails in total cost $60 or so, but no chips or scratches and it's been a few weeks. A few ladies In our group ended up getting shellac and only last a week or so. They said the nail color just peeled off and chipped very easily. read more

I came here first time with my family. Right when we entered the atmosphere was amazing and got amazing service by Micheal. He welcomed us like he's welcoming us into his own home. His all 6 staff was amazing. I got a pedicure done by Trersa. She was amazing. She focused 60 min just doing my pedicure and not wasting a single minute. I highly recommend this place to everyone. How this rates as a 4/5 I don't know? I wish I would have looked at reviews prior. Do yourself a favor; do not come here. Their prices are ridiculous; hence, why you won't find any on their website. They don't give you the full allotted time they say on their menus; in fact, I had a 8 minute manicure....come on. I could have done just as good a job w a pair of nail clippers. Maybe they don't think I expect much cause I'm a guy but this place is a joke. read more

I never leave reviews. Ever. But wow. I paid 61 for a fill and never had such a terrible job done. I've never paid so much for a full set, let alone a FILL. I asked about the price and they said their prices went up..?? I was just here a few weeks back. I will never come back here. Save your money and go somewhere else. No salon will charge you so much. Poor quality, polish caked underneath the nails, made my cuticles bleed from their drill and they use an already used file. Not to mention SO clumpy. I would say with 1000% confidence that i could do better myself. Went here a year ago and it was not this bad - something must have changed. Best service in town! Lily always fits me right in and Mike at the front is always accommodating to my busy schedule. It's clean, soothing music and RELAXING! I look forward to my times here, because I know I'm going to get a little, much needed nap time in and a whole lot of pampering! A must go to place for eyelashes ( Lily is the best- she gives you what you want and they stay on!! Never had a problem with my lashes falling out!) and a definite go to for pedicures! From the fresh rose petals and aromatic scents, to the vast selection of polish colors. WOW! Also, there's always, always some sort of discount! Sign up and they send them to you! I'm going out of country for a wedding tomorrow as a bridesmaid, I was given a color that didn't come in shellac. I always do shellac mani pedi but this time had to do a regular mani pedi with Kim. My nails look like they were painted by a child!! I am so unhappy with the results. She did a sloppy job, she's sales oriented and rushed to finish my manicure because she was distracted by other customers waiting. I had an appointment this is not a right way to treat a customer. She didn't file my nails right I told her not to cut my nails short but she didn't care to listen and did it anyway, I could've done a better job myself why would i pay a professional $60? Rude front desk lady as well! She's only nice to you if you do a gel or more expensive service with them. Iris salon does low quality work with high price, they've lost my business. read more

Worse place to come for pedicure they charged me before I even got started done. Kept leaving and wasting my time. She only did a 25 min pedicure when it's a 40 min pedi and didn't do anything the $51 cost sweet sensation has written on the menu. This place deserves a 0 star read more

Review for Hang - I've visited Iris Salon several times for pedicures and eyelash extensions. The salon is a clean and spacious spa with nice massage chairs for pedis and complimentary drinks. Every time I've gone for a pedicure has been relaxing and just what I needed. Decided to get my lashes done recently and am pleased. I wanted a natural look so Hang went with wispy butterfly volume lashes on me. She took the extra time to make sure I was completely happy with the results. She is a perfectionist! This is the most elegant salon I have ever visited! I happened to show up on the day that the salon was celebrating Vietnamese New Year, so everyone was dressed to the nine's!!! Gorgeous!!! From the moment you want in, you are treated like a guest of honor. I went in for a mani-pedi. Loved the service and attention to detail! My only regret is that I don't live in the area. Use to love them. But their service is tanking. I have booked online multiple times and multiple times came in for my appointment to find out they booked over it. Even with multiple confirmations. Not very accommodating to their mistakes. A courtesy call would be nice too if they are running late or have to move things. read more

Discovered this new salon in Clackamas and had a good experience. The place is very spacious, they have a good variety of colors of nail polish to choose from, it has a nice feel to it and a friendly staff. I got my nails done and it was a relaxing experience. They offer a variety of drinks from coffee to mimosas and they had a nice spread of pastries to munch on. It was a very enjoyable first time at Iris and I will definitely be going back. read more

I really like this nail salon, however, you need to know who the talented technicians are be sure to only book appointments with them. Mia has been the best and pays the closest amount of detail in her work. After reading some negative reviews, I knew that best bet was to make an appointment with someone other patrons recommended and I wasn't disappointed. I took off one star because it's a little over priced and it could be a little cleaner. (The towels all had some stains on them and looked dirty. And I noticed some crumbs on a seat where some one had been and the nail technician didn't clean it up before the next patron sat in the chair) read more

The only things I would say needs improvement is none of the lockers had functioning or working keys/locks so I couldn't safely secure my personal items and I had some anxiety about leaving my items in the women's room unsecured. Another issue was the shower faucet took a few minutes to warm up and I wasn't warned about it so I fiddled with it so much at first that I just ended up taking a cold shower. It just would have been a good idea if they just told me how to turn on the faucet and to wait a few minutes for the warm water to kick in, when they gave me the tour. And the button for the body wash kept popping off. So just some minor things need updating. The steam room was fantastic tho! I love the mix of eucalyptus. It really helped my stuffy sinuses. The hot tub is amazing! I love how the seats kinda cradle your butt. I usually have a hard time in hot tubs cuz they push me off the seat. But not with this design! It's wonderfully made and I love the stars and candles. I didn't think it'd use the "cool plunge " but once I realized it wasn't cold it was much needed after over heating myself from the steam room and hot tub. I didn't think I would enjoy the UV room but I actually did! It was very relaxing. The hot tea and snacks are also a bonus. Just a very well done business idea and something I've been looking for. I think the price is more than reasonable for what you're getting. I'll be back! I did mention a couple of my concerns with the staff and it sounds like they do plan on getting new locks in the future so I really hope they live up to that because they have you sign a wavier that basically says they are not liable for stolen items. I have trust issues and have had things stolen out of lockers in my past so this is kind of a big concern of mine that I just hope they can fix quickly. Thanks again Santé spa! You have a new fan. Akemi squeezed us into her afternoon for an appointment, did a thorough review of the pain and issues and set to work solving them in a caring but productive way. After the appointment my Fiance had such relief that she said she felt like a new woman again! We were even able to continue our plans for the evening, which we were unsure we were going to be able to attend because of the pain she had been in. I'm truly grateful that not only was Akemi willing to fit us in on such short notice, but that she was so caring and kind in her assessment, treatment, and just overall demeanor. This was our first appointment and we both agree that we'll be going back to see her regularly. Also, the waiting area at her office where I sat during my Fiance's appointment, was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you Akemi!

My facial with Terril was very relaxing. We went into the treatment room and discuss what my concerns were with my skin and what I was hoping to get out of my appointment. Terril was very attentive, asking questions along the way. One thing I really liked was that the table was heated because I've been having some issues with my back that make it uncomfortable to lay down so having that heated surface under my back made my appointment even more relaxing. My skin felt amazing when she was done, even though she had to do a few extractions. I was so pleased that I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a few months out so that my skin will be able to recover from the upcoming summer months. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful little spa and I look forward to returning for my next facial.

I called really upset because my one eyebrow was lower than my other. I get the injections on my forehead so I stop scrunching in between my eyebrows around my eyes and around my mouth. They offered for me to come back in a few weeks. Which is new for me also. But they didn't work. They didn't make any difference and so I can't go back if you didn't do it right the first time. I'm now on the hunt for an establishment that will listen and get my normal results. The girls are nice there but I'm paying for a product and for a benefit. I did give them a good review on their website because I was hoping that the product will eventually work. I can't delete that good review. I was really hopeful. So it was a waste of money, energy and time. I gave them a maybe because they might have excellent services but I go somewhere else for my facials.
