Very tranquil., show up 15 minutes early that way she can go ahead and process you and she will take you to a room and will tell you to get comfortable and once you're comfortable, let the show begin! Man let me tell you the massage therapist asked me what type of pressure do I like gave her the instructions and she went at it! I opted out for the 60 minute experience which was shoulder and legs. Once she got that information, she put them hands on me. I was so relaxed. I fell asleep and I do apologize for falling asleep, but hey, it was so very tranquil relaxing therapeutic after the massage was done she told me to relax and let me get up when I need to. I was so amazed and awe it took at least about 15 minutes for me to get myself together had a drink of water. She told me that after the process was done I need you to do take a nice shower and continue to relax. I will definitely be back again. Nice clean sanitize, flowers where everywhere business cards were everywhere if I needed something. Absolutely incredible. Not in a good way…read more I had an appointment scheduled for MONTHS. The owner Sandra called 2 days before to reschedule my appointment. I informed her I have cleared my schedule for this, but we agreed to a later time, stating my schedule masseuse Sharon had a doctors appointment. She did NOT inform me it would be a different masseuse. I show up on time for my appointment. She then states that I was with someone different. I do not trust just anyone to massage me, since I am pregnant. Sharon ( a fantastic masseuse I've known for years) agreed to perform my pregnancy massage. Sandra says in the nastiest tone "Sharon doesn't DO pregnancy massage. I told you on the phone it would be someone different." How disrespectful. So not only did Sandra lie to me, she wasted my time as I had to drive 45 minutes to get to my appointment. I told her to cancel my appointment, to which she says "fine." If you're ok with letting hundreds of potential dollars of regular business walk out the door, then so be it. My mother is also reconsidering. She has been a regular client for years. It doesn't help that her facilities are dark and depressing. She used to be located in a beautiful place in Flossmoor. I'm sure they would not tolerate this type of behavior, hence now why the dark and dank location.
