I think this is the only place in Redding to get your eyebrows threaded. So glad I found this place- right in the Mt Shasta Mall-- I never have to wait long- They do a great job. I had a great experience here. I did a walk in and only had to wait about 5 minutes before they took me! The lady that did my brows was understanding to what I wanted and she perfectly groomed them which only took about 4 minutes for both sides! I was highly impressed because the entire process was painless. I will definitely be coming back again! However I do regret not getting the cooling gel when i was asked, I had those white itchy bumps pop up after she finished. When I first came here I was super nervous to get my eyebrows threaded because I didn't want them too thin, but the women were very understanding and my eyebrows have never looked better. Just went there today. I never had my eyebrows done before i started going to them. they do a grate job, I'm always happy with the way i look after. Yes it hurts a little but that's the price you pay right Lady's. oh and the price is only $10 then they give you a $2 off coupon for the next time. I was really nervous about coming here- I do not ever get my eyebrows done. Just pluck them myself at home. Finally got tired of that! I wanted some shape and a professional trim. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided this would be the best and most cost effective place for me to go. My experience was wonderful! I have thicker eyebrows and was SO afraid of someone taking off too much! But the worker completely understood and I am a very very satisfied customer!! P.S. For a quick get-a-way if you're self conscious of the redness afterwards- Park in front of Round Table and Sears and exit through the doors inbetween. I had a very very bad experience here. I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and the little hairs taken off. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did not listen!! My eye brows are now about 4 hairs thick! I am so pissed I can't even stand it. Do not go here. She completely ruined my eye brows and now I have to start from scratch. read more

Overall my eyebrows are alright. I typically prefer them to be a bit thicker but I understand when the ladies make them a bit thinner due to my sparse eyebrow hairs and their attempt in giving me an arch. =P What made me give a lower rating was their lack of understanding customer satisfaction. The store signs claim that your satisfaction is guaranteed and to come back if you're not completely happy with their work. When I was first given the mirror to see if I liked my brows I noticed the right side looked way more arched than the left and I know eyebrows are more intended to be sisters rather than twins but mine looked like a sister from another mother! So I pointed out how they didn't match and she kept insisting it was fine and proceeded to thread the OTHER brow when I kept pointing to the right being too thick. So I decided to just leave it alone and chalked it up to me being hypersensitive. I took a quick perusal of a few stores and did a quick glance in a couple of mirrors and I couldn't stop noticing how much thicker the right was compared to the left. I hate complaining and I'm the type of person to suffer in silence rather than make life harder for other people but I didn't want to walk around work looking like I had a question with one slightly higher brow. I decided to go back when it was less busy and I pointed out to the lady again how the right brow was way higher and thicker. She only had ONE customer waiting in the whole store yet she still kept rushing me. She kept saying how she was giving me an arch and by threading them again would make them less arched which I agreed with but I told her I didn't want my brows looking like complete strangers. So she quickly starts threading the LEFT again without really looking over my brows and I had to stop her and say NO the RIGHT one is too thick. So she takes a couple of pulls on the right but at this point I've had enough and I tell her it's fine. I end up going home and removing 2 strays myself. I understand when the store people don't want to let their customers wait too long but they need to uphold their supposed customer satisfaction guarantee. Making someone feel like a leper just cause they decided to come back for a re-thread is not cool. read more

They're great and very reasonably priced. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons, so I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment if you're short on time. If you pay with a credit card, make sure to tell them that you'd like to add the tip before they run it. I made the mistake of not saying so on my first time paying with credit card. I have been to several threading salons long before Mount Shasta Mall was blessed with these fabulous ladies. Over time their skills have developed so wonderfully. I'm much older and I need more maintenance than eyebrow shaping or lip fuzz removal. I go for the full face.... and , yes, it does hurt a bit, but it worth it ,,that's just part of the whole deal. Rajbir is amazing .. Anu is wonderful too. Raj adjusts her tension and her speed as needed. She works until she removes all of the post menopausal facial hair ... yes ladies, that's what happens when we age !! She does an amazing job. I'm never red or broke out after one of her treatments . She offers cooling gel and a mini facial message puts threading . It feels wonderful ! Threading is a true ART ! You WILL get used to it. NEVER SHAVE LADIES, and I prefer threading over waxing as it does not hurt the integrity of fragile surface skin . THREADING is the way to go ... I went there yesterday because i saw someone with great brows and they recommended them. I had been letting my brows grow for 4 months to correct a botch job from the last person i trusted with my brows. When i sat down i articulated carefully what i wanted even showing pictures of what i did not want. my brows are curly and thick. i wanted them groomed but left thick. Haarjeet BUTCHERED them! now i must let them grow again another 4 months. I travel and the best brow person i have found is in Georgia. I will wait till i am back there to get them done. My advice, steer clear of this place. They are butchers like them all. My mistake is like a fool i paid for it and they do not give refunds. read more

Horrible! I am new in town and went to this shop because of the convenient location. I have previously waxed and threaded my eyebrows with great results and had a shape to them I liked. The lady who did mine made them uneven with bald patches. She did not do any loose hairs on the inner or outer corners. Stray hairs are everywhere. She left several very long and i could not blend them. Other spots are too short and the line for the brows are patchy both on top and underneath. She also left the hairs she did thread all over my face. I ended up going to another salon just to clean them up a little while I wait for them to grow out. I would never go to this salon again and recommend that you find another place. Definitely not worth it. read more
