Update 11/18/19; Been going here strong for 2+ years and with my impending move to Texas I am finding a way to keep my microblading in Cali each time I visit. You can't beat Erica! I began losing my eyebrow hair early in my 30s which is genetic and without the skill,precision, honesty, and detail that Erica and her entire staff provided I would not be so in love with my brows and this end result. For the people who come in expecting perfect brows after the first time that simply isn't realistic - and I know that the staff do not tell anyone that it will take just one session. Building brows takes several sessions and it IS an investment. If you want them done right and you want them to stay and build evenly and beautifully overtime this is the place to do it. You get what you pay for. Anytime there have been minor corrections or questions they have been answered fairly and in a timely manner. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNSANITARY place. First of all, the so called owner clearly doesn't know how to run a business. She has a few girls working all over the place, They had issues with my appointments the two times I went there. The excuse every time is someone got sick. They double booked me and another client and told her that hers was at a different location. Now as for the service when I asked the tech Olga what type of lashes she was using. She didn't know! When I asked about the glue, she also couldn't answer. BED WAS NEVER SANITIZED , HANDS NOT SANITIZED. Credit card machine was not working. Took 10 mins to check out. Then she had to send me an invoice to pay. Just a HOT mess! The owner then messages me saying "what do you want me to do, someone got sick" and states that I'm rude to tell her that the business is unprofessionally run. Mind you .. I sent her a screen shot of my appointment confirmation and conversation when is was booked. She didn't have anything to say then other than I was supposedly "rude" Don't waste your money or time here. It's NOT Clean, Professional or even a nice looking place. My daughters friend refer me to here. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly. I'm really expect give them 5 stars, but not: After the first time for my microblading full set (about $795), the shapes of my eyebrows were uneven: 1 side thin and 1 side thick, 1 side dark and 1 side light. But I didn't complain because I think they are still touch up one more time to complete. The paper work literally wrote: require 2 sessions to complete. Last week, I came back for touch up after 6 weeks, which was the 2nd required session. After the session, they charged $95. That is not the big deal because they did good job overall. But they need to either: * Free of charge for the first time touch up because the first touch up is to complete for something wrongs of 1 session of full set microblading. Again, the paper work said that the microbladding full set is $795 and required 2 sessions to complete, which meant the first session is incomplete and unevenness and such is expected and the first touch up, which is the 2nd session, is to correct and complete the process. OR * Do a perfect job on the first time so client doesn't need come back for the 2nd time. Again, it cost $795 for the process, expecting a great result is NOT at all unreasonable, not $795 for an unevenness eyebrows for 6 weeks then have to pay another $95 to complete them. OR * To be fair, I don't think it is possible to do it perfectly on the 1st session. So may be it is better if they let you know from the start: "Required 2 sessions to complete. 1st session is $795 + 2nd session is $95 after 6 weeks." On the other hand, the owner did provide a free tattoo removal to shorten the length of microbladding eyebrows and the girl who did that removal is so nice. read more

Everyone in the office is so awesome, they are so upbeat and kind. The office and the service is also very professional. Received service 12/10/2017, Touch up on 1/3/18, they looked okay until mid February when I started penciling in my brows due to lack of pigment and blading pretty much gone. I thought it was normal, so I didn't say anything, called the first week of March, left a message and never got a return call. I have emailed Erica and have NOt received a courtesy response so I'm left with no alternative than to review, report to Better Business Bureau, FDA, Public Health and what ever or where ever else I have to do to stop this from happening to anyone else and maybe this way she'll respond. Talk about professionalism right? Customer matters? Not for her. I decided to make an appointment with a service provider in my town, which in result told me she couldn't do a service for me until I take care of scar tissue. Of course I asked why she said that and she said where ever I got my brows microbladed first went to deep and created a lot of damage. Of course I became concerned and scheduled an appointment with my Medical doctor which indeed said skin was bladed to deep and there was damage. I was referred to a Dermatologist which again, confirmed deep scar tissue damage. I followed her pre and post instructions to protect my investment, I know I did nothing wrong. I bled quite a bit and it was excruciating painful the first time, but I trusted her because she said it was normal. Well no. It was not, she was blading wrong! Admit it! I'm now dealing with correcting the problem which of course is costing me even more money than what I paid Erica. What I'm also concerned with is that she holds seminars for "teaching" the Microblading technique. Oh boy! I don't even want to imagine what she is teaching. Do the right thing Erica. Don't hide. You were quick to charge, but not respond! Look out people. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Hello, I would like to share my experience with Erica. I now understand why there was some reviews in her yelp page which I decided to ignore them and go with the pictures of the final result. If you are reading me, do not ignore this comment. When I got my first session I wasn't very convince of the eyebrow tattoo but I thought in the touch up appointment it would get fix. That's why I didn't express much feelings once Erica once finished. But when I got home and examined the shape I realized right away that It was not accurate at all, one eyebrow was lower than other and different length by the inside part facing the eye... so difficult to fix. I contacted her in order to schedule and appointment and go over, explaining her that I wasn't happy and the reason and I attached plenty of pictures that you can see below. Instead of finding supportive words and some professional that take care of her own actions, all I got was a very detached response. I asked for my money back afterwards because I wasn't trusting her anymore. She said I signed a contract and she is not responsable for the results!!! Let me tell you I'm an artist and an architect, so I drew all my life, I can really recognize when I am in front of someone good. At the same time... I would never treat a client like that. I don't honestly think she will stay in business for long time like that. To finalize this comment and I'm hopping is been useful, today I had a consultation with MICROBLADING LA, consider number 1 in US, and .... since her job was so awful, I need to remove tattoo with laser. So here I go! Two weeks after the "wonderful " experience with Erica my confidence went down and now I gotta be on a 4 month treatment till I hope I can get the tattoo out. So if her work was so great no one would asked to remove previous tattoo before start working. She really messed up for me. Also, I asked her pictures of the Mapping so I can check what I approved and she said she deleted... so again very unprofessional. I never take the time to write a review in yelp but this time I want to advise you all about this situation so you don't go through this like me. She only did this for a couple of years and I don't think she has enough practice and obviously talent. I am so thrilled I took the leap and went to Erica! After reading multiple reviews on multiple different websites, I finally decided to choose Erica. I was a little nervous all around, especially because of Covid. But the second I walked in, ALL of those fears went away IMMEDIATELY. Hands down the most natural looking brows I have had. Erica took a picture and showed me how she would balance the brows to my face.
