I had the pleasure of speaking to Priscilla who helped me by pulling the selection of salt n pepper yaki hair they had and trying to color match me. Unfortunately, the 34 and 44 were a bit too dark and my natural hair has a brown tint, which I guess would make me more cinnamon and sugar than salt n pepper. Anyway, I already have a lot of hair and she really loved my natural silver, white streaks. I decided to just give in and go to the salon, however, I will be back as Priscilla was very helpful and didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't look right. This is what you want in a sales clerk. I left there empty handed but happy that this store is back on my revisit list. I had stopped coming here years ago because of a particularly surly security guard and an equally unpleasant Asian woman who used to man the register. Go glad that has changed. This place has a large selection of products, so the chances of you finding what you want are high. The aisles are a tad tight and I wouldn't bring a stroller inside.the ladies at the register are pleasant and helpful and the guards were nice.

The mechanic who repaired my barber chairs referred me to Mr Beauty and told me I would be in great hands. It took about 40 min drive from Brooklyn to get here. The gps gave me the address next to the Porsche dealership but it was a half mile down the road. You can't miss it. It's two story building with a bold Mr Beauty signage. Upon walking in I was greeted by Scott and felt immediately at easy. He took the time to listen to my complains and walked me through all the barbers chairs. I was very impressed with the quantity and quality of the salon equipment here. He's very knowledge and knew the ins and outs of all the equipment. Mr Beauty has been in the business for our 52 years and it shows. Scott also showed me the warehouse and the chairs they customized and breathed new life into. I simply advised the owner that her website said something different and she got an attitude and started coming at me like I was trying to haggle her for a different price.
