They use Vagaro's booking system, you do put down a credit card to secure the slot but it's not charged until you get the service. Prices are known upfront and based on lash style and length of time (45min, 1hr, etc.). On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. And to top it off, they are just lovely, kind, caring, ladies! I always get compliments on my lashes and people are amazed at how beautiful and natural they look. Rachael and Jenn use the best quality lashes and glue. I've NEVER EVER had a bad reaction or eye irritation due to the lashes. Before coming to Sasha Bella, I'd been going to the same person for years. I never realized how terrible quality the lashes I wore were, until Rachael did mine for the first time! Rachael really took her time to carefully remove all of the broken, cheap, heavy lashes I had on. The glue I had on was so bad it nearly tore all my natural lashes off when Rachael removed it! Most importantly, I went back to Casey for my wedding and explained to her my timeline. She had GREAT suggestions on how soon to start BEFORE the wedding so that by the time my last fill before the wedding came, we knew exactly what we wanted. I am always amazed at her ability to tailor to what I want for my eyelashes as I always want them to look natural and she always delivered.
