I was visiting from out of town and needed a last minute pedicure. I also brought my mother in for both a pedicure and manicure. Though I had issues with their booking system online, I called and they were happy to help me. I like how in spite of them being busy they were able to calmly work with everyone even walk ins. I can't say enough great things about this place! Reasonably priced, super clean, lovely music, big TVs and both mine and my mother's nail techs were super friendly and genuine. I do like how they offer a punch card if you use cash. Only things I would say that I didn't love is that I felt like their nail heater thingy at the end felt weak and their decor was a bit confusing. Also, if you're looking to go get your nails and get other errands done, there's not much nearby to get to quickly to shop for. The shopping center is kind of slow but at least that means good parking. Overall, I would definitely come here again if I'm back in the area! read more

This is a decent nail salon tucked away in a strip mall. I have gotten a few gel manicures here and was happy but this was the first time I did a pedicure. I came around 5 on a Tuesday and waited about 30 minutes before being seen. This was because by this time, only 3 people were working and all 3 chairs were filled. Within that 30 minutes, maybe 10 more people came in. My guess is this is normal, after work ends, more people come but I was surprised for them having such a short staff. A few people decided to leave and just when I was about to, I got called over. The girl who did my pedicure did a decent job. A little rushed which I understood bc of the crowd, however, dont skip out on the details that would make me have to get a pedicure again in a week. I did go on vacation and it help up okay, despite the polish completely disappearing randomly on one toe...*shrug* All in all, its a decent place to quickly stop in. Just make sure to beat the after work rush. read more

The technicians have on full PPE and wipe down the stations after every single customer. They practice social distancing and take your temperature when you arrive and have you sign a consent form. I love this nail salon! The customer service us exceptional. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The prices are reasonable and the skill of the technicians is phenomenal. I go to May because I don't have to tell her my preferences any more. She just knows. Her designs are beautiful and I have never left her chair unsatisfied. The pedicures are second to none. I usually don't write bad reviews cuz I get businesses aren't perfect but I'm extremely hurt by this place. I have been going to LaFemme for years, I never had a bad experience until recently. I made an apt to get an acrylic refill Saturday the 20th at 3pm, as I arrived they had 4 ppl working so I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to start on me and then the owner who finished up a lady started working on someone else who came in after me (maybe she had an apt with him but he told me he would work on me next and just went to her) I waited a little longer and a new lady became open and started working on my nails, she was rushing and just didn't seem to care, she was using the drill(idk if that's what it's called) to get the paint off and as she was doing that she was cutting my skin around my nail to the point were it started to bleed a little. after she started to shape my nails, as you can see in the pictures they are crooked and to her nothing was wrong, at this point I wanted to leave I was so annoyed and she wasn't accommodating to what I was saying, it was like I was just another tipper to her, in the end I asked if I could get my eyebrows done and she flat out said "no she has to get to the next person", so I paid and left and when I got home I cried because my fingers were bleeding I was in so much pain and the lady didn't even care. My mom saw I was upset and called to complain and the owner was being absolutely smart with her saying "what should we do about it" I went back to get my money. And all I have to say is that I'm not going back there ever again. If your going to raise prices you should at least work with your clients. They have lost my business. read more

From cute polish colors, skilled manicurists, to essential oil lotion massages (my favorite part), this salon rises above them all! I spent a good many years getting manicures bi weekly at all different salons and have had some serious horror stories. But this place so far has been my favorite. Yes sometimes the tv is on a bit louder than other places I've been to but that doesn't bother me at all. Love the hot stone massage during the pedicure. Loved the choice of polish colors. Loved the scented lotion choice, loved that my tech didn't chat hardly at all. Sorry. But I'm one of those folks who prefers not to chat during a massage/mani/pedi. That's how I like it. I felt they were thorough and took their time. My gel mani is one week in and still flawless. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. I can't really complain. I booked an apt online at the beginning of the week for Sunday late afternoon. I've been trying to get into a nail salon for over a month but my schedule has been so crazy! That's when I decided to just book an apt. I was going to another nail salon but I always felt rushed there and no one ever really carried a conversation. I would feel tense the whole time. I hated spending the money when it felt more like a job to do then something I was enjoying! That's when I decided to try Lafemme in hopes of finding a nail tech I could continue to build a relationship with and enjoy the service! I went for my apt at 3:50, they started me right away! I was greeted and given instructions on what to do and where to sit. I brought my 7yr old daughter with me (who did not have an apt) in hopes that she could get a pedicure as well. They allowed her to sit with me and said they were booked up for the day. I soaked in the pedicure bath for about 10 min then Tina came over to start my toes just removing the polish. Thao ended up being my nail tech and took over! I'm so happy with her service ! She was friendly, talked to both me and my daughter. She took her time with her massage and nails look beautiful. The basic pedicure includes hot stones and a warm towel! About half way through my pedicure they asked me if my daughter still wanted a pedicure because someone finished early and could take her. She was so happy! She has a nail tech named Sky who was amazing! He was so friendly with her had her laughing and smiling. Her did such a beautiful job on her toes ! He painted a beautiful flower design, which I couldn't believe because her nails are so tiny! I already booked our next appointments with both Thao and Sky! There services were amazing the quality is spectacular the staff is friendly and welcoming!!! The prices are fair! read more

I used to really like this place and would have given it a good review but I was there last Thursday for a pedicure and they turned the TV on loud with a pre-season Eagles football game!!! When I'm trying to relax during a pedicure I do not want to hear a loud TV and I especially do not want to hear loud football, no matter what team is playing!!! Why would they do this?! Why is there a trend now that TVs are EVERYWHERE you go, even in restaurants and salons? It's so annoying and rude!!! I don't know if I'll go back to this place. I went back because I like Bob' pedicures but the TV was on loud again and this time I asked if they would turn it off since the place was dead and no one appeared to be watching it. He agreed to turn it down but that's it. It was still loud enough for me to hear it clearly through my earplugs! I will never go back to Best Spa and Nails! For me, listening to obnoxious network news on a loud television while getting a pedicure is NOT relaxing!!! Beware!!! read more

Nail salon safety during Covid-19 is the best I've seen. I was impressed at how serious they've taken the mandate to keep everyone as safe as possible. All nail stations are equipped with plastic barriers, including the pedicure stations. The staff wore masks, shields and white plastic gowns. There were other mesaures taken (temp check, request to wash hands, etc), I thought I walked into a sterile hosptial setting. Although the address says Bordentown, this salon is in Florence on Rt. 130 in front of Mallard Creek. You can't beat their pedicure ANYWHERE. They include a hot stone massage with your choice of scent. This is included in their $30 pedicure. While there are other salons cheaper, the quality is no where near the same. Bob is my favorite technician, but they are all great. It is an overall nice, clean and friendly salon. read more

This is the best place in the area for a pedicure - hands down. It includes a hot stone massage and a great hand massage and exfoliation. Tina is my favorite but May is fabulous and my best friend swears by Hannah and Tau. Their manicure is great too. They just renovated and the place is always clean. They always have the newest color selection, with hundreds to choose from. I do suggest calling ahead for an appointment because they get busy on weekends, and it can be a wait to get a spot just walking in. read more

For a first time customer, I wasn't very happy with the services I received. My nail technician barely said a word the whole time I was in her chair getting my nails done. My pedicure was far from relaxing because it only lasted maybe 10 minutes...for a pedicure. Also, just a few days after my visit my nail polish starting chipping. This wouldn't have been a problem if I didnt pay the extra $10 for them not to get chipper. Needless to say I will probably not be returning to this salon. read more

No prices posted anywhere!!! I got a set of gel tips put on, then given simple stripes as accent nails on my pointer and ring finger, because they couldn't do anything more intricate than that. I got charged an arm an a leg for something that would have only cost me half that much at any other salon. Convinced something was up, a friend of mine called the salon the next day and asked how much a gel tip set with two accent nails would cost, and she was told a different amount than what I paid. Incredibly inconsistent with pricing, poorly done paint jobs and artwork. For what I paid, I should have the Mona Lisa on my nails, but I got a very poorly done job. Never going back!!! Today I took my daughter and her friend (4 years old....) to get their nails painted as an after school treat. While waiting their turn I painted their toes (with the salon's polish, as I have done in the past without a problem) The owner of the salon charged me $25.00 after they got their nails painted (usually $5.00 a piece!!!) because he said "I shopped lifted by using their nail polish on their toes" and I needed to buy the nail polish and pay as if they had their toes done too! Are you kidding me???? These are 4 year old little girls - who I was trying to entertain while they waited. Could not believe the absolute ignorance of this man to say I was shoplifting by using the same nail polish as they were getting their nails done with.
