Do not go here....the worst manicure I have ever had. My fingers hurt and its been 2 days. It will take at least a month for my nails to recover. Just a basic manicure!! I brought my mother and daughter here for mother's day pedicures, and they were so awful that I should've walked out and not paid. My mother's toe nails did not get cut or even FILED after she repeatedly asked for them to be. Though her paint job looked great. I, on the other hand, left there looking like I hadn't had a pedicure all winter! My feet were still dry and peeling, and my paint job looked like a 5 year old did it. And my pedicure took a VERY long time. I feel like the young man that performed my service had NO idea what he was doing and just faked it. The staff was quiet, unfriendly, and noticeably different than I was used to in past visits. I wanted to not pay and not tip, but that's just not in my character. I felt like complaining would have gotten us nothing but an inexperienced redo and they had already sucked up so much of our day doing nothing. I had a really good experience at this nail salon! Nancy was very attentive and took the time to repair two nails that she thought were likely to break. She didn't even charge me for the repairs! The only negative is that they soak your whole hand in nail polish remover instead of wrapping each finger to remove shellac polish. I've tried a few places in the area...so far this is my favorite! read more

My fiance and I were down in Mashpee for the day. He was getting his taxes done, so while I was waiting I figured I'd go get a manicure and by the time I was done he would be ready. I sat with the first girl who started my manicure, some of my nails weren't even filed evenly...then she passed me on to another manicurist to paint my nails so she could take someone else which I think is rude. The guy who was painting my nails was horrible. He didn't put any base coat, the french white looked fine, but with no base coat and one coating of a clear polish over it, 2 days later the white is already chipping. I am very dissatisfied, will never go there again and we do frequent the area. Also, I understand you don't speak alot of English, but it would be nice to be greeted with more than "U PICK COLOR".... read more

I went to this salon to get a mani/pedi for my sister-in-laws wedding. I decided to do a french on both. I've never done the gel nailpolish before so I actually didn't know it was even an option for french manicures. Given that the bride to be was there along with another bridesmaid you would think the place would've recommended the gel manicure (more money for them). Well they didn't and I didn't ask so I just got a regular french manicure. By the next day a few of the white tips were already chipping and by the next evening most of them were completely gone! I had to travel back there the day of the wedding to have them redo it and the woman gave me attitude and initially started arguing with me. She finally conceded to doing the gel version, but sitll charged me $20 for it (granted it was $15 less than what they usually charge, but still). Got it done, got myself out of there and had a great time at the wedding. Fast forward 1 week later...I started to notice the white part cracking...thought that wasn't supposed to happen with the gel manicures? By week 2 it was chipping and when I went to my local salon to get it removed the manicurist informed me that they didn't do a full gel, they just did the gel and then covered it with polish or something...so I paid that extra money and they didn't even provide a real gel manicure! Absolutely save your money and go somewhere else, this place will rip you off! read more

This place legit sucks. They were so rude and way to over priced. If i am spending 65$ on a manicure and pedicure I expect to beat least fucking welcomed. But it wasnt my first experience that sent me over the edge even though it wasnt the best. It was the second visit when I went back two days later because my nail broke, everyone else in the salon was drying their nails and in front of these other costumers I was called a lair twice saying I never went there in the first place and that my nail wasnt really broken. Yup. Mean while i told the woman i would pay to fix the nail and it wasnt a big deal. She stormed her rude ass into the back room and got a guy to come out to fix it when all he did was cut the acrylic that he had filled the day before instead of replacing it. This honestly didnt bother me until he tells me he has other costumers when no one else was waiting and then not even file or cut down my other pinky nail to match. NO ONE GO HERE THEY ARE NOT ONLY BAD THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND RUDE. CANT BELIEVE I WASTED TIME IN THIS SHOP. read more
