I am so lucky that she was my person. Not only is she detailed in what she does, she takes pride in her work. She is chill and made me feel chill. She takes her time and I felt pampered. When she was doing my fingernails she didn't use water for soaking. She used a variety of instruments to remove cuticles. She quietly sang the songs on the shop's Playlist. She has a good voice. That made me feel extra calm and welcomed. 3. The tough part of the visit was getting to the shop. The Nail Buzz opens before the container shop mall opens. There are 2 security doors that were locked. I was told to enter through the gate by the giant metal preying mantis. The long long gate slides open. I requested to wax my eyebrows and she told me it would be a couple minuets that being they just opened and it takes time for the wax to melt. However, she asked me if I would like to get a pedicure. I told her sorry I have my 1 year old, not sure and she said don't worry I'll help you while you get your pedicure done. I thought it was extremely nice and she made my day because we all know how hard it is to get things done with kids. I walked out with my nails done and eyebrows waxed. The price was right. I should also note that a homeless man walked in and the male owner quickly apprehended him. My nail technician was Daphne, who knew exactly what to do with my neglected toes and rough feet! Her advice to me about how I could take care of my feet at home was helpful and appreciated.
