It's the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore, and I was so impressed. I also had a facial with Madison that was absolutely amazing. So relaxing and my skin looked and felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. Because of how thoughtfully everything was handled and the overall experience, I would absolutely return and highly recommend this spa.

I'm not sure why, painting with gel takes very little extra time. 2-3 minutes max dry time. I told her I was really worried about my nails getting messed up with regular polish and not lasting. She promised me this would not be a problem. As you can see from the attached picture it was not the case. They sent me for a massage 30 minutes after the pedicure and they left my feet out to dry. This is STILL the result. Normally I'd just go back, but my wedding is in 2 days and you're an hour away! My toes look horrible and smudged. The massage was pretty good but she didn't work on my lower back as I asked. If she had it would have been a very good massage. My back was actually still sore when I left. Facial was OK (but she was SO kind and caring). Unfortunately she left exfoliating cream all over my neck. I was wiping it off all the way home. And my face felt so oily (I don't have oily skin). The staff were all INCREDIBLY nice and it was a VERY clean facility. The staff was absolutely the best part of the experience but I'm so so so disappointed that my toes look like this for my wedding. I should just redo them myself since it's another 60 bucks to redo them somewhere else. And within a couple days of my wedding is a huge stress. For $210 a person before the tip for the 3 services (plus a jacuzzi bathtub stint) this left me a little disappointed.

Although I called her and it was very difficult to schedule an appointment to begin with , I moved my schedule around to make it work because I really wanted to try her services. A few days before my scheduled appointment, Marti called and left a message saying there was a scheduling conflict and suggested a different day to make an appointment. Because I was not available on the suggested day, I called her back to reschedule. I called 3 times and left two messages before my scheduled appointment and never heard back from her. I didn't want to miss a scheduled appointment that I had rearranged my schedule for. I have an 11 month at home and getting out to get my nails done requires some scheduling gymnastics. So I showed up and had the following verbatim Exchange: Me: "Hi. I'm here a little bit early. I have a 1:30 appt." Marti: "No." Me: "Yes, I do." Marti: "No." Me: "You had called to suggest a different time that didn't work for me, so I called you back several times and left you 2 messages. Since I didn't hear from you I went ahead and came in." Marti: "There was a scheduling conflict. I can't see you today." Me: "You didn't get either of my messages that I left you?"
