Her eyebrows were done poorly, and we ended up taking her to another salon in Garden Grove to have them corrected. If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.
