I did walk in and got checked in. Sam sat me the chair immediately. She did not perform a consultation at all! I work in the beauty industry for a living for over 4 years now, for EVERY new client or new appointment you should ALWAYS perform a consultation. The lamination burnt me which i would assume its normal but I noticed an open wound on my arch after the service which is not normal. Sam also did not consult with me what color I wanted or what shape I wanted, when i asked what she was applying or what shape we were creating she told me a certain brown and kept telling me not to worry about it. Kept dismissing me. As the service comes to an end, my brows are so black, and my lamination is so uneven. I came here to relax after a hard day but this ended up being the cherry on top of it. I honestly should've left, I didnt want to pay, i was so devastated with how terrible my brows looked. After I came home i was crying. I called after asking for my brows to be fixed by a different person, they refused saying it would only damage more of my hairs, understandable. When I asked for a refund at least they told me no.
