Michelle uses all natural products that are mostly organic and vegan products. Specialized for sensitive skin. First she double cleansed my skin. Exfoliated and did extractions before applying the lavender and super green hydro jelly mask. She finished off with a toner and serum. All the products feel cool and hydrating, I did not feel any irritation. My skin looked and felt revitalized, hydrated and was glowing. She's always been patient and supportive, especially since I've never quite been able to get used to the feeling of sugaring.
