Went to the salon this morning to get a haircut before Mother's Day and honestly had such a bad experience. I usually like coming here because the other lady who cuts my hair is really nice, but she was busy so I got a different stylist. I got the blonde lady with a bob cut and bangs. The second I showed her the haircut pic I wanted, she already looked annoyed. I tried to explained how I want it but she just dismissed me. The whole time she was rushing, pushing my head around rough, and acting like she was mad to even be there. Terrible experience with the WOMAN WITH BLONDE, SHORT hair. Not only was she rude, she double charged my credit card. Screw this place, don't go here. My wife had a terrible experience here as well with the woman with short hair, she kept pushing on her head really hard. She needs to be gone. That's no way to treat ur customers. Haircut turned out great It looks like a beauty supply store, but upon closer inspection you'll notice the haircut chairs.

I dreamt once upon a nice evening that I was gonna shave my hair. Now I woke up and told my best friend. She said, "NO WHY." So I left it at that. But the idea persisted for the next few weeks. Finally with the fully support from my family and with the approval of my best friend (worked on that) I was ready to get the job done. I decided to stay local in regards to my hair. Drove down Bailey road and entered the parking lot. The place where I had my hair cut short last time was closed. I didn't realize this store even had haircuts and the like. I thought it was just beauty supplies. No. They cut hair too! Stalls are rented out to hairstylists. There's loads of products lined up against the walls. They got things from hair bands to dye to combs. On the other side there are the stations where people get their haircut or dyed. Only about a couple of seats too so if it would get busy I suspect people would have to wait outside. The person who shaved my hair off was Mary. OH MARY. How I liked her so! She was so nice, sweet, and funny. She was so supportive too. She said that I have the face to pull off the kind of haircut that I wanted. She made me feel calmer as she cut my hair. She talked to me and kept my nerves settled. She was so good when she shaved my hair. She made sure that I was comfortable and that I didn't have anything to worry about. I really appreciate that. If you happen to need a haircut, go ask for Mary. Also $10 haircut. YIKES. But for the way Mary did it made it worth it. 4/5 read more

I live in Antioch Ca and don't mind the drive because I know they always cut my hair right and take the time to make sure it fits my style. The last time Maria cut my hair and she knows exactly how to cut my hair the way it's supposed to be. I wish I knew the names of the others that have cut my hair. So I decided to get a buzz cut on one of the hottest days of the year (today the date of this review) Customer service was top notch all the employees there were super friendly and took the time to talk to me. I got a quick buzz cut, The man who cut my hair took the time to cool me off as I was a bit sweaty. She said that my hair wasn't going to come out the way I wanted it to like the picture but she said that she was gonna do the best you can... she ended up doing highlights on me she was done in an hour and I only paid 115 definitely going back she was a very friendly person read more

This salon is awesome. Mary cut my hair after someone else(at another salon.) butchered it, and she did a great job. I brought in a picture of the look I was hoping for, but I wasn't sure how much she could do because my haircut was such a mess. She looked at the picture a million times and recreated it perfectly. Then she took her time showing me how I could recreate the look easily at home. How sweet! Her attitude was really upbeat and she seemed genuinely happy be cutting my hair. The price was great, just $15 She could charge double, but on my budget that is awesome. I mentioned that I seemed to be developing an allergy to my hairdye and she found a dye from Japan that I can use. The dye was only $5. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Time: 6pm on a Tuesday. Pros: no wait (place was empty). Very affordable ($15 for women's cut). I brought in a picture of what I wanted, and Tam was able to recreate it. He checked in with me a few times in the middle to make sure I was getting what I wanted.The have a big flat screen so you can watch TV while getting your hair cut. Place was clean. Cons: none. Consider: He wasn't very talkative but I was there after work and not in a talking mood anyway so it worked out. Was in the area and originally was going to the salon a few doors down (due to more Yelp reviews) but their line was too long so decided to give this one a try. Glad I did, will go again. read more

Came in for a quick cut on my short hair. Asked for choppy, got a little more choppy than I wanted but hey she was done in 20 mins for $16 and after a week I love this haircut. My only complaint is that the lady who cut my hair was a little too talky, but Im not big into that. read more
