Worst Experience ever. Where do I begin,…read more. - called for a quote to make a last minute appointment. Was under quoted and paid more than double the quote given. - I had 3 nail techs work on my nails that day. I was there for 6** hours. -pedicure nail tech put my feet in room temp water, got the color wrong and I had to ask if they would scrub my feet where she then swiped my heels twice. That's all. I pointed out the color was wrong and the nail was filed at an angle and it stayed that way unfixed. - first nail techs working on my gel x manicure put the extensions on crooked and had to remove some to redo them. Still put them on crooked the second time and told me she wouldn't have time to paint them all and do the art as the shop were closing in an hour and she had to leave right at 7. Nails are very far from cuticle and my cities were destroyed. I then had to wait for the 2nd manicure tech to finish my manicure. -second nail techs working on my manicure was amazing and tied her best to make my appointment enjoyable and make my nails look as good as they can with the crooked extensions and cut cuticles. Nails are still crooked and they look like I've had them on for weeks / already look grown out. Mind you I've had them on for 4 days. I reached out to the owner and she was very rude. She said she needed to investigate where she talked to everyone in the salon and got back to me via text. They offered me a $30 *courtesy credit towards my next visit and that's all. I paid $300 including all tips and they will not make it right but instead blame me; stating the extended time of my appointment was me being late. I was not late. Had an appointment at 4 and called an hour ahead to change it to 5. Also tried to stats the incorrect quote was something they would not have done. But I made the appointment based on the quote. Tried to argue but the owner stopped replying to me all together even after I sent her photos of my nails. Also missed my date that night dude to the service issues and time. :/ The whole reason I went to get my nails done to begin with. Do not go here.

Anyway, just that little piece of lack of communication and for such a large place, lack of dryers for the toenails is enough to make me not return. I live in New York and I compare it to that where your nails are treated like gold Before you leave, someone comes over and they're very serious about making sure you have drying spray and wrapping your nails in cellophane and they do it with care and commitment because they know they just did a really good job and they don't want to mess it up or have to redo it. Once the paint job was done I became invisible. I'm sorry I left a $10 tip for $30 pedicure.

Ok, first off, let me just say, do not let the ages of these young girls fool you...their work is ON POINT! I went in for a full set of Gel X for the first time and the tech & I combined two different gel colors to make this FABULOUS color combo that I got complements on for weeks! My nails stayed in AMAZING shape for much longer than I anticipated (I'd read stories of people being a little rough with their Gel X sets and nails popping off, so I was a little nervous since I'm not very gentle on my nails). One of my gal friends invited me to her nail appointment for a Christmas set of nails and I was nervous about going somewhere else, but since she was paying, I said ok. BIG mistake! Her place was cheaper than Beauty Touch and their attention to detail was much below where that of Beauty Touch's is. Only 2 weeks after, the two index finger nails had popped off the set I just got from the second nail shop (that will remain nameless for now). So, I had to glue those nails back on and, to be honest, I'm grateful it happened that way because it really showed me just how important it is to pay a few extra dollars to get truly better quality nails done, as Beauty Touch honestly doesn't fail to deliver! read more

I first reviewed them back in March and I've been a loyal client ever since -- and honestly, they never miss. The girls here are absolute angels, always so welcoming and sweet, and the vibes are unmatched. Every set is done with so much care and attention to detail, and my nails come out flawless every single time. The prices are more than fair for the quality you're getting. I found this salon on instagram and im so glad i did. They were so nice and friendly, plus clean and did not hurt me at all. Usually when i get my nails done it always hurts but they did a russian style manicure and it was life changing. Not to mention my nails lasted me TWO MONTHS! Talk about getting your moneys worth.
