I had a 9:30 AM appointment and was there for nearly 4 hours, only to leave unhappy with my nails. The biggest issue was communication. I showed the nail tech both a photo and a video of the design I wanted, but she barely looked at them and didn't communicate with me throughout the service. I clearly asked for a cat eye design only at the top of the nail, blended downward. Instead, she did a full cat eye on the entire nail. When I pointed it out, she rolled her eyes, seemed annoyed, and removed everything. She then tried to do a French tip version of cat eye, which still wasn't what I asked for. I tried to explain and show her the video and picture again, but she became visibly frustrated, made faces, called another tech over, and walked away without saying anything to me. The second tech was kind and did try to help but I had to wait over an hour to be helped by her. She checked in with me on each nail and asked if I liked it, and I did appreciate that. However l, I just wanted to show her the picture and for her to go based off of that, but it seemed that both of them didn't just want to look at it closely and then do my nails from that. At one point, I left the picture open and towards her so she can reference it, but she wouldn't look at it . Over all, because everything felt rushed, it also made the situation uncomfortable, like I was being overly critical or didn't know what I wanted, when I had already provided a clear reference. Despite her effort, the work still felt rushed. The final result was closer to what I had asked for, but the shaping was uneven and overall the work felt sloppy. There was also no proper cleanup under the Gel X nails, and I had to fix that myself at home. Overall, the lack of communication, dismissive attitude, and rushed work made this a really disappointing experience.

I paid $175 for a Gel-X set and gel pedicure, and I'm really disappointed with the quality. The French tips are uneven, the application looks rushed, and the overall finish isn't what I expected for the price, I mean look at those cuticles. To be fair, I tried to trust the process and gave the nail technician the opportunity to redo several nails. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth and struggling to communicate, the result still wasn't right. We even switched to a different French design because the original style I wanted wasn't working out, but the final outcome was still uneven. By the end, I was so frustrated that although I wanted to ask for another technician and remove the application altogether, I was just over it and left. From the start, everything has been super easy and convenient. There's easy parking (which is huge in this area), the location is great, and scheduling appointments is quick and seamless. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can really tell they care about their work. They don't rush through appointments at all--everything is done with attention to detail, especially with gel manicures. My nails always come out looking clean, precise, and long-lasting. Very knowledgeable, walked me through everything (since it was my 1st time) & even recommended me to a podiatrist around the corner from the salon (I suffer from ingrowns!) The vibe here is 100/10. It's a nice little oasis, the music is chill enough but also, vibey. The decor here is CUTE! I felt such peace as soon as I walked in! I asked for water, and they brought it in a regular glass mug--something I found concerning for hygiene reasons. At a nail salon, it would be much safer and more sanitary to provide bottled water or disposable cups for customers. My Gel pedicure was done very quickly less t 30 minutes it felt rushed. The cuticles weren't properly trimmed, and the nails weren't deep-cleaned, which is unusual compared to other gel pedicures I've had that usually take 45-60 minutes. My Gel mani was similar- the nail polish had to be applied and removed several times, made it seem like the nail technician might not have been very experienced. Again, cuticles weren't addressed, and the process felt hurried. The salon itself is beautiful, and the aesthetic is lovely, but the service left me disappointed. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, and instead it felt rushed and just awkward vibes.

I booked specific services, but a different service was performed. I was also charged for a service that, according to their menu, included an amenity that was not provided. My cuticles were not cleaned up well either, which was disappointing. The women working in the salon smiled and were polite, but the overall experience was uncomfortable. At one point, a child of one of the women who works in the shop very openly pointed at me and appeared to be gossiping about me, which made it hard to relax during the appointment. I wasn't offered a drink nor snacks like I was previously which kind of sucked considering this was a 5:30 appointment that I showed up on time to. I kind of banked on a small snack before dinner but that's OK. Anyway.. The new tech took 1hr 30min to remove gel x (removal took 30min) and a gel mani (this service took a whole hour). The technician was really struggling trying to make a heart shape with the magnet that moves the cat eye effect. My previous tech has always been able to accomplish this without issues and quickly. I honestly didn't even think it was difficult considering that all other salons are able to do it within one attempt. I also disliked that the technician kept dropping the tools and then would put them on her cart. She started spraying alcohol on them to sanitize after she noticed me looking at the cart. I think the manicure itself (trimming nails, cuticle clean up and nail shaping/ prep) was great. I'd recommend people to get a classic manicure. Not confident that I'd recommend a special effect nail. Previously I was able to get waxed, a pedicure, and a new gel x mani all within an hour so it was a little upsetting to spend nearly two hours for something was a bit more simple than my previous experience. Mind you, previous set was Gel X and this time around was my natural nail. Not too sure if I will come back considering price point & quality. Note: My two favorite techs are no longer employed at this salon (due to relocation) so I was rescheduled the morning of my appointment with a tech I have never been serviced with. I was rescheduled twice which is OK. I still tipped because they put in the time but were not able to execute.

We came back exactly when they told us to, and then they said they didn't think we'd actually return. That alone is unprofessional. What made it worse, other customers and staff were laughing about it right in front of us. Completely disrespectful. If you're going to give time slots, honor them. Don't waste people's time and then make a joke out of it. There are plenty of better-run salons nearby
