After finding out that was not true I asked to cancel they agreed and said I would receive a refund within 5 days. It is now over a month later and still no refund I have called over a dozen times and can't get a call back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Of course, every day it's hard. I would battle to not eat carbs and more carbs. Sticking to eating a certain amount of calories, eating their product and increasing water was SO hard at first. After the first week and down 8 lbs I knew I wasn't going to give up. After a while I slipped on and off the diet but again 4 weeks ago decided to do it 100 percent in. I am down now 10 lbs of body fat. I feel amazing. Look so much more amazing and just overall feel Happy. Their food is delish. I am obsessed with the maple oatmeal and love their cook book. Aside from their product, the owner Ed has really changed the way I feel about myself and pushing to do this diet not to loose weight and look good but to overall feel good about ME! I had given up on losing weight (I tried - and failed at - WeightWatchers, Lose It, South Beach, the Daniel Plan, etc. etc.) and resolved myself to go into old age overweight but happy...or so I thought. Today, after just 19 weeks, I reached my weight loss goal through Results 22 and Ideal Protein. I weigh 172 lbs. and have a 33" waist. (That's a 69-lb weight loss.) Thank you Ed, Colleen, and the rest of the Results 22 team. You're incredible! My journey began when my cardiologist told me about Results 22. "I don't know much about the plan," he told me during my annual checkup in April, "but I've had several patients come back after the program and i don't recognize them. It's 100% effective. Check it out." So, I did at a very low-pressure Monday night information session. The essence of the program is that you use three Ideal Protein 'meals' (e.g. a bar or drink or chips or..) and one 'real meal' every day that consists of 6-8 ozs of lean protein and certain vegetables (no sugary root vegetables). There's limited cardio exercise allowed and you need to consume at least 1/4 tsp of salt (sodium) to replace what everyone loses on a ketogenic diet. The rest is history. If you're struggling with weight loss and, like me, have given up after failing at every other diet program, please give Results 22 a try. If I can do it anyone can. The program is so easy to administer, you're never hungry on the plan, and the weight that falls of of you is the most important kind - the visceral fat that clings to your heart, liver, lungs, and other vital organs. Now when people tell me how amazing i look (people say, at least 10 years younger) I tell them I feel even better. Now I'm in control...not food. My blood pressure has fallen from 143/91 to 110/65 (I'm weaning off my Atenolol). I have more energy and it stays constant throughout the day. No sugar rushes and post-lunch crashes. Some people might think the program is expensive BUT the cost of the program and the Ideal Protein food is offset by a vastly lower bill at the grocery store and at restaurants (we definitely eat out, just not as frequently and, when we do, we're far more measured in what we order and how much we eat). One final note. I did the program with my wife and 23-year-old son. It REALLY helps if more than one person in the household does the program, especially if one of those people is the one who is the chief cook. Thank you Results 22. There is an ongoing mask mandate and the receptionist was consistently not wearing a mask on multiple visits. This is supposed to be a doctor's office. I received a ton of tests here (just the ones covered by insurance, even though I was pressured to do more tests to the tune of $900 out of pocket). Dr Meena did not go over the results from all of them, only my bloodwork. When discussing my results and "treatment plan", the doctor pointed out certain issues and essentially told me they were due to "toxins" in my body and a vitamin imbalance. The solution was to take vitamin supplements and eat medical food provided by them, to the tune of $8,000 every 6 months. Obviously this raised huge red flags for me. I took my results (I had to ask them for all of them since they were not provided to me) to two separate doctors for a second opinion, who literally laughed at the notes Dr Meena put on my paperwork. The other doctors both said that this practice is a scam and that this practice does not know what they are doing. The things Dr. Meena had flagged in my test results were not abnormalities after all. Dr. Meena told me I had "syndromes" that were not reflected in my lab results. I feel that this practice is highly unethical and a huge scam, scamming mostly elderly people who do not understand their scientific jargon into paying for a ridiculously expensive program that does not have a scientific basis nor does it resolve the real underlying issues. I am really disgusted that someone running this practice would even call themselves a medical doctor. Do not go here and waste your time and money. Go to a real doctor with real solutions.

The hardest part was getting the appointment because I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork first and there wasn't an appointment available for months, although I did get a call that something opened up from the waitlist. The first appointment is also 3 hours long, which was tough to fit into my busy schedule, but I walked away from it thinking it was so worth it...and told my husband and several friends they had to book appointments ASAP. And everyone who has been has been just as impressed as I am. At your first appointment you meet with many specialists from the physical therapist to dr to health coach to nutritionist. There's a lot of 1:1 time, but the health coach and nutritionist meet with a small group. While there was nothing groundbreaking since I'm pretty healthy, I did pick up a few good tips. I found the time with the Dr. to be the most helpful of all when I quizzed her on navigating perimenopause life. The first visit I met with Dr. Kirson who I thought was very informative and straight forward. For a follow up I met with Dr. Barnes who had amazing energy. She joked it was all the coffee she drank that day, but I"ll drink whatever she's drinking. Again, I'm pretty healthy, but do better when I'm being held accountable and that's what this program does so well. I had some calls with the health coach and nutritionist in the beginning and picked up some helpful sleep and nutrition tips for both. After a few calls I told them I got this and would follow up if i needed anything and haven't since. I do go back monthly to meet with the Dr, which i find really helpful. And while that first appointment was 3 hours long, these appointments are very fast. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.
