Two dogs barking and walking around the salon. Michelle took time out of my appointment to dry someone's hair, rinse two more people out, and do some tape in extensions. She didn't give me partial highlights, she gave me face framing highlights with just bleach that she quickly threw on. She didn't tone me so now the highlights are somewhat orange. I know a rush job when I see it. Not what I asked for the second time either. Too much commotion, way too many animals in a professional business and not enough attention to the actual client except to push jewelry that the manicurist (she is very sweet) was selling, telling her I wanted it when I never said such a thing. Never coming back and I don't recommend Michelle.
