A week before the appointment I confirmed the appointment online and via text directly to the stylist. She asked if i had any inspo pics and I said I would look for one before the appointment. The night before my appointment, after not hearing from Chloe for a week, i got a threatening message basically telling me that because i have been unresponsive to multiple attempts to connect, if i didn't respond immediately my appointment would be given to someone else who has requested that time. I want to be very clear that I never missed a text from her and sent her screen shots and asked her what messages i missed, to which she back tracked and started saying that she was just nervous because people cancel a lot. The stylist and/or salon never communicated that inspiration pics were a requirements of booking the appointment. The stylist never followed up post confirming the appointment, not once. The stylist was really unprofessional in the way she engaged me, and end of day I told her to go ahead and give the appointment to someone else, I'll spend my money at a professional establishment.
