If I could give a zero star I would! The customer service has definitely changed from before and I have been coming here for years! You definitely can't tell them anything is wrong with their work cause you will automatically be at fault. They will half fix it and brush you off when you say anything else. I am SOOOOOOOOO happy I took my good friend up and tried her nail salon. I visited today without an appointment and they warmly greeted me. I specified that I was looking for someone who could do designs and I guess it was my lucky day - one of the top nail designers - TWIN was available and happy to service me. I explained to her that I was looking for a new nail technician based on issues with another nail salon. She was able to do a refill over their work which is rare, so this is a plus and secondly she made sure I was pleased along the way. She is really good and also very pleasant, again this is becoming more rare nowadays. Secondly, DIANA took such great care of me with my pedicure - hot stone, massage and moisturized my legs and feet along with an amazing shellac job on my toes. Let me add, the owner/manager was so kind - she came to chat and also wanted to ensure I was pleased. I was referred to this place a while ago from a friend. Let me first say that I do not really have one person I go to. All the nail techs that I have experienced have done a great job with my nails. There are a lot of nail techs so you never have a long wait. I have not had a chance to experience all different pedicures they have to offer. I have experienced the basic and the and the one where they rub they salt scrub on your legs. that always rock, the massage they give while doing the pedicure is nice and relaxing. The tech that I have experienced are very personable, I will say that they like to push getting shellac polish. Yes I understand that they stays on long I still feel there are more colors offered with nail polish. I came here to get a mani/pedi with a bridal party for a wedding. Everyone I encountered was nice and polite but the low rating is due to the quality of the service I received. My $35 shellac manicure didn't even make it a week, which is terrible for the price. The tech that did my pedicure cut my big toe and just dunked it in antiseptic. I didn't want to make a fuss because, as I said, I was with a bridal party. But my toe was in pain for a few days afterwards. The inside of Beauty Zone is in need of updating. I would say the cleanliness rating is 2/5. My daughter got a child's mani/pedi but they didn't have enough space for her to sit in the special chairs so they just painted her nails propped up on a chair. No discount for that, either. I would not return to this place even though everyone was kind and polite. read more

UPDATE: I revisited and I've had nothing but good experiences since and the new person I do my nails with has her cart very clean and organized. I now do my nails with Tam and she does an amazing job I'm convinced my first time it may have been the powder itself that caused the stripping/chipping. I got my nails don't today dip + manicure and a mini pedi all for $60! Very good deal if you visit ask for Tam! I think the prices are fairly reasonable and I was really excited to try this place since I herd nothing but positive reviews. I went with my mom we both got a mini pedi which I thought was ok it's pretty much the most basic pedi they have.I got my nails done dip powder white with a design and they looked great for about 3 days then I started noticing cracking within the powder (I will include a photo) along with staining note this was within the first week of getting them done. Not sure if I got a bad batch of dip or what. My biggest red flag was how disorganized and seemingly dirty the little carts they had to keep their nail equipment in was. I giving 3 stars because I originally liked my nails but they did not last. And to be fair my nails are now 2 1/2 weeks old in this picture of course they need a full. I'm just trying to show the cracking and discoloration of the powder. I have a desk job so I don't use my hands for super tedious things that would cause this but I get dip with a pretty high expectation of it lasting. read more

I used to go to this place a lot, I think we all agree going to get your nails done is a pampering day for yourself. I had the opposite. They rushed me in and out and. 1. Didn't give me the nail shape I wanted 2. I kept asking her for charms, or some kind of design on them and she never did it. 3. Did my pinky nail super slanted and then re did it after I asked her since she wanted to just leave it like that. 4. Passed me her tool to shape the nail myself? 5. Asked for a manicure before all this and only got my cuticles cut. 6. After the whole thing my left hand looked horrendous. 7. Talked to the manager respectfully and all she wanted to do is put me back in the chair for two more hours. I said no. Ladies this place isn't it. After she realized I was bleeding she looked over at another nail tech and started laughing. She then grabbed some solution to put on the bleeding spot and apologized. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my nails and I wanted an ombré light pink...anywho the lady then tells me $40 for a refill and $20 extra for the ombré. I was a taken back by the $60 refill I wanted but thought oh well I'll just do it, you get what you pay for! The lady even got a fake nail and showed me how they would come out so I was quickly sold.
