I have never left a negative review for an establishment normally if i'm slightly unhappy I just let it be but i've reached out to the instagram page of plump as well as to my injector and wrote to them on their contact page on the website about how I was unhappy with my forehead botox and how it did not even last 2 months. it looks as if I didn't even get any done at all. i've had botox done in la a few times and it lasted me 5 months before needing only half a touch up. The best experience receiving Micro-needling with Brittany at Plump's soho location! The spa is beautiful, clean and had nice staff. My esthetician Brittany was so patient, kind and knowledgeable about skin, the micro-needling process & the recovery care. Brittany explained every step as she went through my session & was clear in what she was doing & the affects of the treatment. I highly recommend & I plan to go back for more sessions! Context: why I did micro needling: I have (or should say hadddd!) a nasty scar under the sensitive part of my eye. I had to wait til it fully healed but it left a hard scar. Brittany took the time to examine my scar and advise what Plump service was best for my skin. Brittany recommended 3-4 micro needling sessions and it would be like the scar barely exists. I can see a difference after ONE session. I can barely see the scar in my last photo. I LOVE Plump & Brittany. I'd give my session 5 stars. read more

I was introduced to this place by a friend who highly recommended their services. I made a consultation appointment with whoever was available. I arrived super late for my appointment. I tried calling a few times and left a message but didn't get through. However, i received a text from their office asking if i was running late to which i replied yes. They were super nice about it, and told me it was no problem. The facility is beautiful! I walked in and was greeted by a few employees. I was attended to by the beautiful Kelsey. She was very friendly and i really liked her energy. I came in with the thought of getting two different procedures. Kelsey looked at me and told me her thoughts. This is what really sold me on the company. She was honest, courteous and told me to start slow and she felt that i didn't need a specific procedure i was thinking about. I could tell she truly cared about skincare and customer results. She was very consistent on enhancing what's already there and keeping things natural. Kelsey let me know that the things i was more concerned with could be dealt with, with skincare regimes and product which she gave me suggestions for too. The procedure was quick and for me not very painful, would describe it as more uncomfortable than anything else, but if your a person who can tolerate pain it's really a breeze. Everything took less then 30 min, and i could see immediate results. Subtle but immediate. The first day i had very minor swelling and very minor discomfort even though i don't think that's the word to properly describe how my face felt. It was nothing to complain about. After that everything was normal. It's been about a week and a half and i feel and look amazing! Very happy with my experience and thankful for the quality i experienced! read more

I genuinely recommend getting botox with Amy Lee. She has a fee because she's a senior injector but I definitely think it is worth it. I used to go to the Wburg location but have found the Soho location/Amy to be much more knowledgable and accurate such as explaining why she is putting the botox there versus in a diff location. She also provided me advice on my facial symmetry and what could be helpful. I find that not many people will provide the honest and unsolicited advice - exactly what I would like in an injector!! She takes her time to really answer any questions and address concerns that you have. She did not push me to get other treatment even when I was interested due to my anatomy. I am generally suspicious of cosmetic places since they try to get you to buy more than you planned on, but she really cares about your personal exp. read more

After waiting 25 min past my appt time a different injector then the one I scheduled my appointment with finally comes out. When I ask who she is I was then notified that Kelsey doesn't work there anymore. Well then why didn't anyone call me and give me the option of rescheduling?.
