If you've never been to The Brow Girlss in Fremont, you absolutely must go. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with such a cool, relaxing, and refreshing vibe. Then, when you walk into the facial room, it's like you've been transported somewhere else. Before the facial even begins, you already feel relaxed, calm, and at peace. I've been going to The Brow Girlss for years for my brows, but this was my very first facial with Christina, and she definitely set the standard high. She gave me the option of talking me through each step or just letting me relax. Since it was my very first facial, I asked her to explain what she was doing. I remember Christina explaining what she was doing. I think I remember her saying something about exfoliating and a few other things, but honestly, I can't remember the rest. I just remember all these relaxing things happening to my face, and I kept falling asleep, waking up, and falling asleep again. I think I woke up for the massage, and oh my goodness! Even if the facial hadn't included the massage, I was already completely relaxed. It was just that peaceful. It's been two weeks since my appointment, and I still catch myself stopping in front of the mirror to look at my skin. It's glowing, unbelievably soft, and still feels amazing. I keep catching myself touching my face because I can't believe how smooth it is. Then I have to remind myself to stop touching my face. Then, to top it all off, I got my brows done at the end. You couldn't tell me anything! I walked out of there feeling relaxed, refreshed, and looking like a whole new person. Came here to give lash lifts a try - I've never done anything like lash extensions or lifts, but I was about to go on a trip so wanted to give it a try. Booking is super easy. Christina also texted me a day before with detailed instructions on how to get to the place - Google Maps was going to have me park on the backside of Newpark Mall, but good thing I didn't due to her text, and parked on the AMC side instead! It was easy to find after that. Like other reviews mention, Christina is so nice and fun to talk to. She made the whole process comfortable, explaining each step she was doing and checking periodically that I was doing ok. 40 minutes later, she was done with the lift, and WOW. My eyes looked dramatic! Even better than when I would use a lash curler + mascara. I couldn't believe this was done with my natural lashes. She even gave me a small care package with some brushes and oil to upkeep the lashes for the following weeks. I will definitely come again and recommend the Brow Girlss! read more

I had my first facial with The Brow Girlss last weekend, and it was so amazing!! I didn't really know what to expect as it was my first time, but I was super pleased with the whole experience. The room was very relaxing and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Mireya and Christina are both super sweet and make you feel comfortable. Literally every step of the facial felt amazing and so refreshing on my skin. I was literally GLOWING when I left and I still am several days later!!! I started going to The Brow Girlss pre-pandemic and just never got around to making a review. Previously I had visited Mireya and this most recent time I visited Christina. You can't go wrong with either person! The Brow Girlss is tucked away in Phenix Salon Suites in the emptier part of Newpark Mall (next to the AMC). Once you get there you get a temperature check prior to entering Phenix and they you head over to The Brow Girlss station. Their setup is super cute and always makes me feel happy to get my brows done. It had been a full year since I got my brows last done and Christina started off asking about shape, fullness, and her recommendation. It was a lot more detailed than I thought it would be which is good - usually at other places they just start waxing my brows with no feedback ever just whether I want a full or shaped look. At the end of it Christina gave my straight unkempt brows nicely angled arches and tips (despite my brows being uneven to begin with). I'm going to make a bold claim: Christina is so talented at doing eyebrows that her results will find you success in love. The first time Christina did my brows, I told her jokingly that my brows needed to look so good that I could get a date with a guy I'd been interested in. Well, it worked! I started dating, and eventually moved away with him. By the time I moved back, I'd been single for a while, and had been unsuccessful at dating. I have complicated eyebrows and I was looking for someone who is patient and takes the time to discuss personalized situations Although Mireya was running late this morning due to rain, she didn't let that rush her nor interfere with the quality and time. Rather than getting straight to work, she asked what I was looking for and my history of services. She shared her opinion on the nature of my brows and how we could embrace it. Mireya began by outlining the shape followed by waxing and trimming. My service took a bit longer than usual since it was my first time with her and I needed some work done. She also gave a recommended frequency for services and a general plan as to what we would be looking for in future visits. "Feel free to pluck here. But don't touch this area, that's my job =] If I see you again in 3 months after the hair grows back, I'll be able to do etc." She was also more than happy to explain which product I should use to take care of it.
