Angela does my lashes and she never disappoints! My lashes look natural and they hold well (I get refills around 3-4 weeks and they still look good). The price is reasonable and she works fast but she is detail oriented. Angela is the best! I drive an hour just to get my lashes done by her. She knows how to keep them healthy. She's prompt, quick and honest about what your lashes can handle. My eyes were never red and they didn't sting (unlike others I've gone to or pictures I've seen). They didn't clump and they looked great even after a couple of weeks because I take care of them. I was seeing her for 8 months (with a fill every 3 weeks), and my outcome at every appointment was always consistent. I love that because I never have to worry. It's never a surprise what you're going to look like after. And her place is always clean - a big plus! When feeling like self care is needed, I always come here for their acne/microdermabrasion facials. I love that they are open later than most places since this place is on my way home from work. The acne facial alone is $90 but do have packages they offer like some beauty spots. I always pay $130 for both acne facial and microdermabrasion. My first impression of the place is that from the outside, it's probably a place that I wouldn't look twice at because it's a small spot. I only came here since my friend referred me and also on the way home from work (off of 880). The place inside is very clean and quiet. They explained their packages and different types of treatment and even recommended which one I do. Usually I decline services especially at beauty spots because they tend to charge you extra at the end of your services but I did not feel like that here. Decided to come back here after 4 years. The only reason why I decided to get extensions again was mainly because I wanted to save time in the morning! Yes, extensions can be pricey especially the upkeep. This time I had Stephanie as my lash tech and she was very informative with care instructions. Compared to all the different lash techs I went to in the past, Stephanie was the most informative . I had no problem with customer service. They checked my temperature when I came in the door. I got my lashes done by Angela. I asked her for premium lashes which is $100 because I wanted full and long. She took about an hour to finish my lashes and it wasn't even that full. So I went to her for the second time to get it fuller and half of my lashes fell the next day. The first picture is from the next day I got my lashes done and the rest is after 2 weeks. When I first opened my eyes I was kinda of shocked how long they were and thought I didn't like them but everyone loved them! I think it just took me some time getting used to them. It must have been my lucky day or the eyelash extension gods knew how badly I needed the fill before a business trip because she was able to squeeze me in and let me tell you she is AWESOME!!! Not only is she super affordable, she didnt complain about doing a fill on someone else's work. She meticulously worked on taking off the ones that were messed up and filled my lashes. I starting coming here in December for Lash extensions. A friend had told me about it and I wanted to try them out. My first set I was in love and it was only a $100. Angela told me fills were 40-60 depending how much she had to fill. I came exactly 3 weeks later for a fill and had probably 70% of lashes left and she charged me $70 for a fill? But I didn't say anything. Moving on I asked her what styles she could do (volume etc) she said she did classic as an initial and if your eyes take well to the extensions and can do "premium" which is an extra $10 she said so I said okay let's do premium since I wanted my lashes longer and fuller. After that last fill I will never go back. Her idea of premium volume is gluing multiple single extensions on one lash not fans or volume extensions. My real lashes have been coming out in clumps of glue. I had such a bad clump that like 7 of my real lashes fell out together I took a photo. Please pay a little more to go somewhere that can fulfill your wants for lash extensions, Angela does classic sets well but anything else you're gonna have to go somewhere with more options. read more

I have been to this place and getting facial from Stephanie for over 1.5 year now and I must say I love it. Every time I come here, I know she is going to take good care of my skin. Over the winter, my skin started to dry out because I don't drink enough water and the moisturizer I was using was not moist enough for my skin. I let her know my concern since I get break out when my skin gets too dry. She took a look at my skin and did a hydration facial for me which kept my skin moist for quite a while. I met with Joey when I came in and she immediately noticed that my face needed some TLC. She did a cool gel collegen facial for me and told me that it was part of the promotion for a half price of $80. She started out cleansing my face, steam vapor, blackhead extractions and eyebrows shaping. Then she put collegen all over my face and used a cooling tool to detox my face. To make an appointment just call (they usually don't answer if they are with clients) or leave a voicemail they are very good at getting back within the hour or so. They are sometimes booked so I suggested before you need a fill to book one week in advanced. Lastly, the process of Angela doing my lashes was very relaxing! It was NOT painful at all. The prices is a little more on the expensive side. Also when I went for a fill they charged me $70 even though my retention was still super good. The only reason I keep returning is because of Kelly, amazing, caring and passionate esthetician. The salon could be considered "great bang for your buck" if it weren't for some of the staff. My very first facial before I was blessed to meet Kelly I could barely communicate with the esthetician because she barely spoke English. One other staff in particular always has an unfriendly demeanor about her - not sure if she is one of the owners who is always at reception. Not exactly the most welcoming presence. I called the salon today and someone named Angela answered the phone like she was home "Hello?" And I had to confirm I was actually calling a business "Is this Concept?", Angela responded scattered and confused "Ugh yes... um can I call you back? What's your name? Can I call you back?". Oh my God, if I hadn't already pre-purchased a facial package and if it weren't for Kelly who is AMAZING, I'd never return here. The stars all go to Kelly who is actually five stars. I started coming to this spa for a facial when my acne was at its worse around a year ago. When I first started coming here my acne was so bad that i've been to many dermatologist only to come home having a face that was dried up and painful. it wasn't until I came here that my acne started getting better. A year later now my face is so much better I rarely get pimples not and when I do they are very small and are gone within a few days.
