I thought I was going to be able to enjoy the experience for my nieces birthday and I was disappointed when I was told I could only have two drinks. I was told I had to pay for the most expensive package in order to drink so i chose the $98 dollar package. If your going to serve drinks customer service must be a 10, cent would have been happy with a 4 at this point. The nails Techs were great, no complain there. However when I received my $245 bill I was not happy because my experience was false advertisement. If they would have told me 2 drink limit, I would have paid the $60 each and went to a bar. I've been to this nail salon about 3-4 times before and never had an issue, but this last visit completely changed my experience. I went in for my usual gel manicure and pedicure. From the start, things felt off. The technician began removing my "special gel" nails which I had gotten at this same place by their suggestion, using what looked like a reused nail tip on top of another tip, which seemed extremely unhygienic and was actually painful. After that, he overfiled my natural nails so much that they are now very thin and sensitive. I then chose a mint green color (#92) from their display, but what I got looked nothing like it, since it came out as a dull, dirty white. Three days later, I went back to get it fixed, and instead of helping, the manager (who wasn't even in uniform) immediately started questioning and blaming me. I explained multiple times that I wasn't wearing my glasses and trusted that I was getting the exact color shown in the display. She then claimed that the display color has an extra base coat, which is why it looks different, something that was never explained to me beforehand. She also said this was "obvious everywhere else," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Even after I clearly told her I didn't want the same color again because it didn't match and was already chipping on both my nails and toes, she insisted I would have to pay an additional $35-$40. This is after I had already paid around $130-$150 including tip. In the end, they just removed the gel completely from both my nails and toes and didn't fix anything. I left with bare nails, no money and a very frustrating experience. I will not be coming back. The lack of accountability, poor service, and focus on charging more money instead of fixing the issue is unacceptable. read more

Never had a gel pedicure rub off wearing a pair of mules, two days later! Got my pedicure on Sunday and today is Tuesday. Wore these same mules walking around the airport on Saturday with a gel pedicure that was grown out so we can't blame the shoes. Also, I noticed the nail tech SAVING the foil for the gel pedicure, as if we were reusing foil these days, and didn't see any new toe separators being used like the lady had wrapped in her bin. Glad I didn't pay for the extra massage because my feet were BARELY touched. If this spa wasn't pretty and clean I'd expect this service from the busiest place you never want to go to when your best place is booked and you have no choice but to come here. Wouldn't recommend, sorry gals. Update: nail salon won't issue a refund because they said it's in their policy and that my nail didn't "chip". 1) Let me see the policy and 2) I spent my hard earned money on a pedicure while out of state and now I have to get my toes fixed in CA, so no, I CANNOT GO BACK. I just wanted the opportunity to get my pedicure fixed here where I live without spending another $50+. Apparently gel nail polish that rubs off isn't a product issue or perhaps an application issue, it's wearing shoes ladies. Buy beware. read more

She listened to me and what I wanted, I desperately needed a manicure after not getting one for a whole year and she sure did clean up my nails. The place looks nice but it's actually not. The old woman I got for my pedicure is either deaf or completely ignored me. I was telling her it was hurting when she was drilling and asked her to do it softer. She ignored that comment, when it came to the part with the cuticle treatment she dug the sharp tweezers into my skin and shred my skin. I asked her to stop and she ignored me completely, it took me pulling my foot out of her hands for her to stop and by then she had ripped skin off of my toe. (I added the photo, it looks horrible) her boss comes around and they start arguing and all they offered was to have someone else do it, I declined. My toe was bleeding and throbbing, how can you expect someone to want to continue after that? I put my shoes back on and left. I left limping. I ended up going to urgent care and they gauzed and medicated my toe for this. What happened I hope does not happen to anyone else. I would never recommend this place to anyone. got my nails done at this shop on 25th of August to have a fresh nail set for my trip out of town for Labor Day weekend. Well! My nails broke that exact weekend. I came back into town Tuesday and went straight to the nail salon to get them fixed and they charged me for the service( completely understandable to an extent) they have a seven day policy and will charge you for the service. two days later another nail broke while I was at work and because of their policy which I now know I went back after work to ask why I am having this issue ! After the 3 visit they should have apologized and fix my nail and corrected the mistake. It was not the case. I was blame for not letting my nail tech know that i needed thicker nails in order for them to last. I explained that I am not a nail tech and do not know how nails work or their acrylic material works the responsibility as a nail tech falls on their staff for not explaining the process and or their material they use( product ).
