We've been coming here periodically for the last couple years, but service has declined. My daughter who's 10 yrs old and I came to have our usual pedicures to have our mom/daughter time. My daughter is tiny for her age (kids size 12 feet). Today they charged her full price (b/c price for kids service is cut off at 9yo...how convenient). She wanted glitter on her toes and nails and they nickled & dimed us for everything. I understand extra fees and wouldn't have minded if they did a good job, but the nail polish was old and clumpy, and service by the lady was mediocre at best. Save your money and go elsewhere. I went here on a whim after a couple of friends recommended it, but will not go again. Paid $50 for a pedicure with callus remover, only to leave with rough feet. The woman doing it was really rough at parts too, which was making me cringe. She used cuticle softener on the tops of my feet and then used the foot brush to scrub it in. I've only ever had that done on the bottoms, so that definitely made me jump. She didn't apologize for that, either, seeing that it made me hurt. For paying extra for callus remover, it's sad to find out that your feet are still rough upon leaving. Unfortunately I'll consider it as a loss, as I'm usually not in the area and can't go back to ask for it to be rectified. read more

Unfortunately, I had a truly disappointing experience at Lash salon. I visited the salon last week for a full set and pedicure, and I must say that it was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. Firstly, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. There was no warm greeting or attempt to make me feel welcome. Additionally, the salon was quite disorganized, with a long wait time even though I had made an appointment in advance. Furthermore, the quality of the services provided was subpar. The nail technician who worked on me seemed inexperienced and rushed through the process. The full set and pedicure were done haphazardly, with uneven nail polish application and sloppy cuticle work. My full set fell off after one week when, I called to ask for the reaper owner was super rude, giving me all the excuses that they were not sure what happened and they now need to change me again for the new set! After I paid 120$ for both! He wasn't even trying to make things right! Like wish, he was yelling at me on the phone! I had to tell him please stop yelling! Just unbelievable! I also noticed a lack of cleanliness and hygiene practices. The tools used during my service did not appear to be properly sanitized, which is a major concern for me as a customer. This lack of attention to hygiene is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about the salon's commitment to providing a safe and sanitary environment. The absolutely worst nails I've ever had done before. The more they tried to fix them the worse they got. The nail tech seemed really pleased with the work but there are bubbles and dust all in the nail color, uneven tips, poor filing...you can see on the pictures the black bleeds in to the clear/pink...just all around horrible. I kept pointing out issues and she seemed to get more annoyed. The nail tech seemed rushed the entire time she worked on my nails. I was actually supposed to get a pedicure too but after I saw what they thought was a great nail job I decided against it. Won't ever be back. read more

Wahhhhh! My nail girl I've been going to for over four years moved and I moved so roundtrip it is 82 miles for a nail appointment and her hours are M-F during work hours. So I had to find a new place. I've been to this place several times for a pedicure and it was okay. But today I went here to get a manicure and shellac.... not only do they use two different brands for your base, color, and top coat... I'm not a nail pro, but with gel and shellac for best results you are not supposed to mix the brands as they all cute a different way. Regardless let that go. My cuticles look a hot mess, I would say worst than when I walked in and my polish looks like I painted them myself. And let's just say I haven't painted my own nails since my junior year in high school and I'm about to be 31... I'll post a pic so you can see this fabulous work. I am ecstatic about the service rendered by the Lish Salon. I am a diabetic and have nerve damage in my feet as a result. If you step on a nail, thumb tack whatever and the wound gets infected, . You could lose the entire foot if amputation is needed. I need extra care for the feet and Lish Salon and Jenny is my solution. I've come to lish many times over the last few years. They have been ok, I even got some of my sisters going there. I was just there and experienced a horrible pedicure. She kept putting tons of pressure on my shin which hurt and I told her and she kept doing it. She barely scrubbed my feet to get dead skin off. The hot stone she used was not warm and she rubbed it on my legs only three times. My sister was also getting a pedicure and the lady was aggressive with her. Then we went to pay I had a gift card to use. They told me I can't use it because the owner isn't there and no one there knows how to do gift cards on the machine. Why arnt they trained how to do gift cards. I was very disappointed. And cash only tips. It's rare to use cash these days. read more

Not too happy with my experience here. I was greeted when coming in which was good and asked what I was interested in. I let the gentleman know I wanted a mani and a pedi. So per usual picked my color and waited my turn. It was nice and quick - no wait, another plus. I'm pretty shy so I usually am not one to start conversations but rely on the friendliness of the techs to start them. She really didn't seem to have any interest at all and just wanted to do her job. After some awkward silent I just pulled out my phone and waited while she started on my feet. After she put my my shoes back on, she just kinda walked away didn't say anything. For the next 10 mins I could hear her just talking in the back really loud and laughing. Wasn't sure if she forgot about me... When she finally came back out she seemed surprised to still see me there and said I could go. Huh??? I asked her what she meant because my hands weren't done. Again, confusion. She apologized and and decided to do it. My feet were done well no complaints, but my manicure was terrible! Not a great experience. First time coming here & I got a gel manicure and the #2 pedicure. The entire experience was rushed and unprofessional. I've had my feet & nails done at the same time on many occasion, but never like this. My nail tech was literally rushing through my manicure and it resulted in the nails not being done properly... Like there was actually still dirt under my nails at the end of a gel manicure. I asked her to cut my nails as short as possible and she cut them into a square shape? I don't understand why they weren't trimmed at the sides at all. She never filed underneath the nail, she didn't use the little tool and push it along the underside of my nail. They were just not done right. I don't know if she thought that since because I'm a male, I don't know what to expect when getting a manicure but she didn't properly file or trim my nails at all. Then, when shes done, she doesn't even let me look at them before she put the gel polish on... I felt like I was in the twilight zone. So when she's painting the nails, she's rushing so much that she left some gel polish on my thumb and had me go under the lamp. It cured to my skin causing a burn and I had to jerk my hand out. I wanted to just walk out at that point but I'm not a confrontational person & couldn't bring myself to do it... so I let it slide even though I'm in pain and let her finish. They look terrible. So let's move on to my toes now. They were done by another nail tech. Overall it was an okay pedicure, they suggested the paraffin wax which I enjoyed. Towards the end though, I decided instead of clear on my toes, I wanted to do a nude tan (something natural.) I advise this to the nail tech doing my toes & she comes back with a pink nude... I'm pretty deep tan so that color wont work for my skin-tone. So I asked if she had one that was more tan and she says yes & returns with a mauve/purple color. So at that point I tell her just do clear & she literally told me to go stand up & pick a color. I was shocked. So before my nails were done, I had to go walk myself over to the polishes to get a new one... I just picked a random brown one because I felt rushed and uncomfortable & guess what? I hate it. I understand that weekends are busy in the salon but that doesn't excuse sub-par work, rushing through your clients, & bad service/work. I've never had a full service & been treated this way. I spent well over $100 for a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to my enemies. Dissatisfied can't even cover it. It was going to only get 1 star but the nail tech who was working on my sister was super nice and even helped me get my shoes on since my nail tech walked away without saying a word. Wish I would've booked her instead. If they were rushed but my nails came out to perfection I wouldn't have said anything but the combination of bad service and bad quality work was too much for me. read more

I just moved to the Valley and have been researching for a good nail shop. I saw great reviews about Lish so I thought I'd give it a try. It was clean with no wait time for me as a walk in on a Thursday evening. I started with a classic pedicure and it was amazing! Super clean pedi bowls and a hot stone massage for 10 mins for only $23 too. Sign me up! I can't remember the lady's name but she was awesome. Afterwards I got an acrylic fill and a coffin reshaping from Haan and she hooked my nails up! I have the pink and white ombré/ baby boomer nails and a lot of places don't know how to do that style yet. She was attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Lish! Updated: I came back 3 weeks later for a fill and pedi and my experience was the same.... AwesomeSauce! So happy I found a good nail shop. read more

I got a regular fingernail manicure. MY left pinky was bleeding afterward because they cut my cuticle too far down. My nails were irregular length after the "manicure" and the white portion was uneven on all of them. I could have trimmed them better if I had done it myself. To say I would never consider going back is correct, except to complain to the manager and ask for a partial refund. I also observed them using tools on me which were obviously not fresh or new and had been used on numerous customers. Probably a health violation there. read more

I've never paid over $69 for a full set Today I came in wanting a full set and pedicure. my priority was my Nails not my pedicure the manager keep pushing for pedicure first I feel to trap me there until they could get to me. I ask to have my full set first. it Took 2hrs and they could do my pedicure. then charged me $85. I'm so done with this Nail shop. when I stressed my dissatisfaction they just made excuses and $5 dollared my Ass to $85 dollars for a short full set with ombré and top coat. it's the last they will ever get from me or my friends and family. Quan was very friendly and informative plus asked questions on how I wanted the style of my nails. Loved it! I had been to two other places prior to this so I wasn't very confident on how they would come out this time. I loved the service and the nails came out beautiful. I always, always, always get my nails done by Nancy. She does amazing work and they're perfect every time. She is also the only nail tech I've ever gone to that does them so well that they've never lifted off. I don't know what kind of magic she does to make them stay on but I am ever so grateful. If Nancy is not available, Michael and Kaylee (I think) are great alternatives. The place gets fairly busy as it gets closer to the weekend (Friday-Sunday) so definitely make an appointment if you can. Their online website makes it very easy to do and there is also an option to set up a profile. I lived less than 5 minutes away and now 45 minutes away in the 2 years I've been coming to this salon, Lish is still my go to. read more

Ok so time for an update !!! Soo I came in today looking for a new place to get a pedi I'm having such a hard time again finding a place and I decided to give Lish Nail Salon another try. Today I came in got a pedicure I did the #2 which is labeled "relax" and yes I did relax. I can't remember the ladies name who did my pedi but she was amazing she took her time I didn't feel rushed. The scrub massage was amazing and it was timed so she knew how long to massage my legs for. Along with the scrub I also got a massage with I think it was a cucumber lotion. She has strong hands which helps since my feet and ankles hurt so much(I'm 34 weeks pregnant). she ended the massage with hot stones omg heaven. So I will be back again for my pedicure this place finally won me over !!!! read more
