I had a really uncomfortable experience. I brought my 12 year old niece with me for her first manicure experience and unfortunately was not a good one. The lady helping me didn't understand English and seem very inflexible with me asking for other brown colors. She seemed frustrated that I didn't like the two light brown gel colors they had, so I felt I had to pick one of them. The lady doing my nails seemed irritated with me the entire time and was also on the phone the whole time. The service was not great and they left my niece hanging there sitting for a long time. An older man started doing her manicure. Then left and no one communicated that a new person was coming in to finish the work who was also on the phone the whole time ignoring my niece. Where do I even begin (This is a raving review) I am in town visiting my mom foe the holidays and I felt the need to get my nails done- been needing some serious self care because of covid. I wasn't sure where to go and my mom suggested I go elegant nails to get them done because that's where she goes. I went and what a disaster that was. My nails were uneven, crooked, and I was so heartbroken. I paid and left- now I know I should have asked for my money back but it's covid and he provided me a service and I felt bad. So I sat in the car and tried to file and fix the lumpy, mishapen mess that were my nails. I saw BeBe nail on my way home and went straight in, this is where I met Chris and he single handed revived and rescued my nails. We had to take off the bad set and replace them and they turned out beautiful!! Not only this, but he made me feel welcomed, checked in with me consistently- getting a fresh set of nails taken all the way off is tough on the nails and can hurt but he handled my hands with care. He made sure the snap and length were EXACTLY what I expected and the proof is in the pudding. 12/10 recommend this nail salon and if you get the opportunity to sit with Chris just know your hands are in good hands. I went in for a Pedicure 2wks ago. The lady that did my pedi was brutal to my feet. She used the callus remover on the right side of my foot and sliced it. She definitely took a chunk of my skin and left a hole and it bleed non stop. She had the nerve to ask if it hurt after I pulled my foot away. I do not have calluses on the side of my feet other places only use it on heels and bottom of feet. This lady clearly had no experience as too what she was doing. My wound got infected and had to go to the Dr and was given oral antibiotic to cure for cellulitis infection. I will never go there nor recommend anyone there. It was the first time getting a pedicure from them and was not good. Last but not least to say she still had the nerve to charge me for the full pedicure and of course I did pay. Unreliable service and appointments. You really have to catch the employees on a GOOD day for them to do a decent job. If you schedule an appointment, DONT. They will have you wait 30/45 mins past your scheduled appointment time. You're better off walking in. Don't ever schedule close to closing hours because they will rush you and do a poor job, resulting in nail burns and cuts. Honestly, I would go somewhere else. Each time I come to this establishment I am always pleased with my nails when leaving, I always get acrylic nails and have loved them each time. I go here for ease of access in town, but I am never overly thrilled. Constantly have bumps under the nail polish, spots left on from other colors, and crooked nails even after pointing these things out. This time however, my nail was cut wide open by one of their tools, which my nail tech didn't even need to use. Once paying, there was no discount. So it has taken me some time to decided to write this review because I really felt a certain way after my last trip here and wanted to be as honest about service as possible. The 1st 2 times I went to Bebe Nails, I was serviced by T who did such an amazing job, I would recommend her to everyone who still decides to go. But my 3 star rating is mainly based on my experience with the owner, Chris. I went in on a Sunday morning,for just a nail replacement, no appt but there were only 3 others clients inside and I was told to go ahead and wash my hands and someone will help me. T was just starting on a client and I was a little disappointed but when I saw it was going to be Chris I was a little excited because I had seen such great reviews and the previous times I was there he always seemed so nice to his customers. But apparently that wasn't the case for me because he immediately looked at my hands, rolled his eyes and said I needed a fill. I went along because yes I did need a fill but figured I would get that done next appt, and my experience went down hill from there. Things seemed tense from the beginning so I tried askimg him how was his day and he immediately picked up is phone as if he was on a call and stayed that way the whole time. The whole time. Twice he got up, threw the tools down, hitting my hands with no apology, walked to the back, stayed gone for at least a couple minutes where I felt incredibly uncomfortable as if I had done something wrong. Came back, still no verbal communication with me, and he was very aggressive in this methods. I'm not a very combative person so I in my uncomfortableness, sat silent while I really wanted to cry. I could the other patrons noticed how he was acting and shared a look of confusion with the lady next to me. When it came time for my polish, I just wanted the same color I had previously because it came out so well but since he wasn't paying enough attention when I show him which one, he stated with a black undercoat and I immediately told him that's not the right color and he said they just didn't do it right. My nails were a beautiful teal with a gold solar flare effect and he made my nails black/purple . I just wanted it to be over at this point so I accepted it telling him he was a professional and I guess I trust his judgment. In the end, I ended up pay $40 plus $6tip and don't plan on going back. In his defense, while not the color I wanted, the fil job was done well. I will never deny a person their dues if the job is done well, but no one should feel the way I felt. Especially in this racially divided society we live in, I was really expecting better treatment then what I got that day. I pray that he was just having a bad day and my treatment was not based on racial bias. read more

I waited just a few minutes for my appointment before I was escorted to a massage chair for a 20 min soak in one of their spa foot tubs. I came in with sore, blistered, dry feet and requested the Deluxe Pedicure. For the next 65 minutes, I was pampered by Jenny. Her service was fabulous! She trimmed, cleaned, trimmed more, brushed, buffed, gave me a foot & leg massage, then massaged my legs with hot rocks. She applied hot wax on my feet and cream with hot towels on my legs. Jenny was mindful to check often to ensure I was comfortable and in no pain. She then applied base coat, polish, and top coat to my nails, followed by oil drops on my nails before helping me into my shoes and seeing me to the door. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I went in today to get a pedicure, and it was the worst experience I had including the prior two times I went in! The pedicure was painful the woman probably spent a good 10 minutes digging into my big toe. And when she would pull out a piece of nail she would lay it on my foot probably wanting me to see! I was tense the entire pedicure. She even made a comment that there was a lot of stuff in my nail that she could smell it! Even if it's true she should keep quiet and do her job instead of being disrespectful. I'm sure she's seen worse feet than mine but anyways... After she was done butchering my toes she laid a scorching hot towel on my legs and am almost burned me if I didn't say anything. I thought that things might turn around for the better but I thought too soon when the paint job on my toe was horrific. The nail tech used an "overcoat" that was a thick uneven layer and made my yellow polish look bulky and it was a mess. I was mortified. I debated on asking her to repaint them, but I was embarrassed as the staff would stop to look at my toes while passing by and laugh, talking amongst each other. I understand I can't assume they were talking about me because I don't speak the language they were speaking, but when I see them stand closer to me just to see my feet and walk away laughing is a nightmare. I notice the woman next to me has a pricing chart of the services given, so I ask her if I could take a look and she obliges. I notice there are 3 types of manicures a basic $20 and a couple of others one was $27 and the other was $57 I think. So I think to myself that I was never asked which pedicure I wanted. When I make it up to pay she charges me $33, and I inform her that no one asked me which pedicure I wanted. So she asks the woman who gave me my pedicure across the room and she says no that she did ask me which one I wanted. The woman I'm paying just says "sorry" and asks for my card. I've heard this nail salon has new ownership, and maybe that may have something to do with the quality of their services, but I've had 3 negative experiences here and I will not be returning and I encourage many not to either. It's a love hate relationship with this salon. They do pretty good depending on who you get meaning the guys do the best jobs for the acrylics and the ladies to better for pedis. I love going here for my pedicure because they do an amazing job. But, for acrylics they do better when getting a fresh set and not a refill. A thing I really dislike is that when you call for an appointment and you get there they still take another 15-20 minutes to take to you and sit you down. It kinda defeats the whole purpose of the appointment. I wouldn't go if you are in a hurry they like to take their time. Best to go Tuesday-Thursday's in the Am it's the least busiest. First time here, I'm from California but knew to bring my own tools. The woman working on my toes cut me twice when she was filing them, so when she put some liquid on after it BURNED SO BAD. The problem was the polish application. I got a simple mani pedi - no gel. Their polish must be old because my nails didn't dry AT ALL. She did 1 under coat, 3 coats of opi and a top coat. I left my hands under a fan for 15 minutes but the slightest touch scratched the polish off. There's no way to have your toenail polish dry either so when she accidentally stepped on me she had to redo the polish. 30 minutes later and my nails still aren't fully dry, instead they are full of bubbles and scratches. I really wanted to have a good review for this place but unfortunately, I cant. My first appointment went really well! Trang did an excellent job. However, ~2 weeks later I returned & had a very different experience. They got me in immediately & began taking off my shellac, wrapping my nails in foil. Then they proceeded to move on to the next customer & left me sitting for 45 minutes with the foil on my fingers. No joke. Finally, I told them I needed to go & they tried to have me stay but I had to go back to work. My nails looked AWFUL with the shellac half off. I went back after work to get it fixed, but literally within a day the shellac began to crack. I looked it up online & was under the impression it was because I have brittle nails, however, as you read my review further you may agree that this had to do with the product. About two weeks later I came back, asking just for nail polish because I believed my nails to be too brittle at the time for shellac again. It started fine, but the girl who did my nails seemed very rushed and uninterested. To dry my nails, she had me place my hands in front of little fans. I've never had that at a nail salon before, but I figured it's just my lack of knowledge about the industry. She then had her next client came in & her tone completely changed. She started to become very rushed & asked me to move seats to the next booth over. Then she checked my nails & when she saw they were still wet, she sprayed them with something and dabbed oil on each of my fingers then told me I was good to go. My nails were still wet & now there was oil literally dripping off my fingers. I couldn't even get my money out of my purse because my nails were wet. This immediately ruined that nail. The oil got all over my purse, all over my pants which are now ruined. When I called to get a refund they wouldn't; said that I could come back and get it fixed. I have no interest in coming back. Pictures attached. I also noticed, the nail polish immediately starting cracking in the same weird way as my shellac. I believe now this is because of the quality of the polish. The last two times there were two of us, and each time only one of us left happy. I went in by myself today and got horrible results. I called in advance to find out if we should book an appointment or walk in. The lady that answered was very friendly and said just walk in, it wasn't a problem. When we came to the salon we weren't greeted at all and stood awkwardly by the door before a man approached us and told us to come back in 45 min. :/ When we came back we were seen immediately, and then my daughter stopped by to join us and we were told that she couldn't be seen for another 30 minutes because she didn't have an appointment. Srsly? The tech that did my pedicure was distracted and didn't do a thorough job. The tech that did my friend's pedicure was very thorough and super friendly. I don't know that I'll be back. Pedicures should be relaxing but there's a lot of snottiness and attitude that made this trip pretty lame. read more
