Initially, she apologized and offered to try again at no cost. However, upon my return, she had only made the issue worse, damaging my hair, leaving me to find a new stylist to help fix it, who states it is not safe to do anything to my hair for at least a month or 2 while using very expensive products to help gain the strength in my hair back. I have attached photographs that illustrate each outcome. Paige had given me only 38% back of the cost of the appointment, but had demonstrated a lack of concern/sympathy for addressing the situation or referring me to someone to could help for the traumatic experience she has inflicted upon me with my hair. So now I am just left with this final product of the severe orange and no blending for months to come... (To provide context, I am also 32 weeks pregnant, and my confidence is significantly diminished due to the changes in my body. I sought to regain my sense of beauty again through a hair appointment.) When I got there I was a little unsure if I should knock or not since she had a sign on the door that she was doing a treatment. I tentatively knocked and she popped out to greet me. Luckily I didn't interrupt her with a client, as she was just preparing for my appointment. There's a waiting area at the end of the hall, and if you come in and her door says she's busy, you can plop down and shoot her a text to let her know you've arrived. Then you don't have to worry about bugging other clients. I came in for a wax and she was super professional. Everything was clean and I was totally comfortable. Janette is really sensitive to making sure you have everything you need and she offered tea or water. It's the little things! I will definitely be coming back here for more waxing and might try out a facial. All of her products are organic and her main skincare line is Éminence from Hungary. She said that she talks with her clients about their personal skin types and customizes her facials for each person. Sounds luxurious.

I took my time selecting a nice bright color and then was greeted by the nail technician who was super kind and attentive. I chose the organic pedicure which took about an hour and was really nice and relaxing. The atmosphere of the salon was busy but not overcrowded. They did a good job of leaving space in between clients. Overall, it was a great way to spend a hot summer afternoon.

I called to get this resolved and in speaking with Tanya she insulted me and hung up on me. I will be reporting her to the state but for now my best advice is that you never step foot in her salon.
