My first time getting a mani/pedi in Oregon. I was completely unaware of needing my own tools (additional charge of $2, no big deal, I could have done more of my own research). I also didn't know the foot filing cheese grater wasn't used due to safety concerns. Appointment was set for 6PM, got started by about 610PM. Pedicure was thorough and relaxing. The massage was great and the cut/color came out well. Shellac Manicure was also great. The salon closes at 7PM and I wasn't rushed one bit. I appreciated the hospitality. The owners brought out coffee and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Will definitely be back here again. read more

Worst nail experience I have ever had. Got there 10 minutes after they opened and only one guy was there so my friend had to wait 45 minutes to get her nails done until the other employee showed up. The guys that did my nails made half of my cuticles bleed, from the nail grinder and never apologized, he did not clean up around my nails or anything, no hand massage no nothing. I went home and trimmed the acrylic and repainted them they were so awful. Then he proceeded to give me a pedicure that was equally as awful. The whole time was was talking about how great the reviews of his salon were and how people love the experience there. While my friend and I are sitting in silence miserably. My friends nail experience with the wife was a little better. Other than the long wait. We were there for 3.5 hours and should have walked right back out the second we walked in. All on all don't go there the "cheap" prices are not worth the misery. read more

Got my nails done for my first time here. Big mistake. It took them 2 hours for a simple look. They came out with bubbles, all my nails are different sizes and crooked. The lady cut me not once but TWICE. Won't be coming here again. They were nice but the nails were not WORTH IT read more

Pretty unimpressed that I told the stylist 3 times that I did not in fact want my hair cut at my chin to frame my face and then she proceeded to do just that. It looks alright, but isn't what I wanted. And she and another stylist as well as a customer stood and talked to each other in another language over my head while she cut my hair which was uncomfortable and kind of disappointing because I couldn't even pretend to participate in the conversation. read more

This was the third time I came here for a pedicure. The guy doing my nails was super nice. The massage was excellent, and he painted my nails perfectly. He also used a Dremel after I mentioned it, because my little toe is a difficult one to make look nice . My feet also felt relaxed. Great place to go, and a great price. read more

Was treated very badly. This establishment deserves ZERO stars. I took my bother in for a haircut. When I went to pay they charged me for a women's cut. I explained that my brother is a boy and they laughed at us and said "No, that's a girl". I reiterated that he is a boy and they insisted that he is a girl. They would not back down and so I paid the $17 for a women's haircut and left with out leaving a tip. I will not return. read more

Nice hair cut really like it would come back again. Friendly employee too. The business smell good and very clean.

I came in to get my full set removed and get shellac on my nails. I was in there for about 50 minutes maybe an hour and walked out angry as they broke one of my nails and made it bleed so much, it looked like they did not know how to remove acrylics. I walked out with out my acrylic being fully removed and without my nails being done at all. She told me to come back the next day and they would do my nails for free but I refuse to go back to that place. read more

I was a regular costumer there and had multiple times appointments and they were pretty good until I arrived there and asked if I could make an appointment on Sunday for my WEDDING day! The first time I had a cut there, it turned out very nicely. The second time the stylist decided to cut my curly wavy hair dry. Not so great a cut. I gave them a third try thinking I just wasn't clear with her about what I wanted. Turns out she didn't care what I wanted and again tried to cut it dry, turned out uneven and not good. Had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Sorry I cannot recommend this salon. read more

I've been getting my hair cut at Bebe for over 10 years. I went there at first because it was close to my work. I no longer work nearby but make the drive because they always do a great job with my hair. Great value for men's cuts and they rock with clippers! I've had Laura and Malee cut my hair, Laura is more talkative, Malee is pretty quiet, but they are both very nice. Only downside is that since there is often only one stylist working so doing a walk-in is a gamble. I now call ahead. read more

I tried this salon in my hunt for a new stylist. My experience was ok. The staff was friendly, but not very personable. It was defiantly a get in/get out type place. The stylist didn't really talk to me much, just did a quick cut and color. It was fast and my hair came out looking pretty cute. At first I was pretty happy, then I looked around the salon and noticed that every other woman getting there hair done had received the exact same cut. My husband's been going here for the past 5 years and only lets Laura from Bebe salon anywhere near his hair. And I had an amazing experience myself. I had gone to a different salon and the hairdresser there totally messed up the cut and I was quite upset. That weekend, my husband dragged me to Laura and she did such a beautiful job of fixing it. She's very experienced and I could see it from the way she uses those razor scissors for layers. My hair naturally curls at the end and so it looked so pretty. I am so glad I went. Here is a no nonsense, no gimmicky, no froo-froo extras, but just your basic hair salon. All my boys want is a good hair cut from a consistent stylist, at a reasonable price, in a comfortable setting. Bebe is that. All other barber shops in the area had long waiting times for a stylist.
