I…read moreliked the inspector: B+, Thorough inspection and competitive pricing, but home inspection took 6 hours when we were quoted 3:30 hours, and our inspector didn't really talk to us about any of the things he saw in the house, just kinda left us to dig through the report. Scheduling team: C, when there were scheduling issues when an inspector couldn't make it out, they scheduled me for the next day without telling me and said "I agreed over the phone" when I had asked if they had other times/inspectors available over the weekend and they said they'd call back over the phone to let me know, but never did (prompting me to call them after a few hours).

Gerard was prompt with scheduling, clear with expectations on what was to be inspected, and offered great value for his services and communication. He did this process in a very thorough approach. He also gave on-site advices on what we should pay attention to such as grading and tree roots. The report from Gerard is also detail-oriented. It includes all the measurements. Gerard also listed observations on potential symptoms. Along with his evaluations and suggestions. This report helped us as a guidance to fix our yard and house perimeters down the road. The value of the service is well worth the price. Highly recommended.

This guy responded stating he got me a office home permit in which he was hire to do he never did…read morethat he took it upon hisself to get me a shed permit and never finish his job I have been trying to locate him to get he served to take him to small claim court and yes I recieved a red tag and that is why he was hired to get me the proper permits to correct the job some contractor did without the proper permits and he failed. I have uploaded the permit that he got me and it clearly stated a shed storage not a home office and he never finish obtaining the permits he walked off the job but contacted the city and asked them what was the next steps he needed to take.
