I reached out to Rodent Retreat specifically because they are a local veteran-owned business, not a franchise. The whole team was amazing. I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. We feel the amount should have been adjusted to the gravity of the situation in our the attic. We regret paying this much for just a couple of squirrels which, by the way, were not taken away as I had assumed, but only pushed out. They are still running around out backyard and we know it's only a matter of time before they will be back in the attic (or else they would not push for a warranty extension).

Well they would show up with out calling for their quarterly service. So they would service the one access point on the house and leave. The second access point was behind a locked gate. So I was paying for a full service and only getting half. Then they came an pulled the termite bait tubes out of the ground before a year was even up. I was suppose to have them a year. So I have felt I have been short changed the whole time with them. But they called me up and offers to make it right. I will give them a chance and hope they can make it better.
